For what it's worth I don't believe PC would dream of even alluding to any tonnage etc.before we have a mining permit. A less scrupulous man may want to release if,whats and maybes but he knows we have nothing until we are able to recover it.As has been said before this is not a traders share but is one for investors GLA

Sam.The NSR % is one of the reasons I know PC is looking at SRES as a long term investment,that added to the BoD taking shares as payment.I can also really see any of our non core assets being sold off with a NSR %.This all adds up to a company with an eye on the future.GLA

They (VRR) are certainly into the share and NSR acquisition method.The only question I have not had answered is what happens if they dilute the shares through a placing.Then they have devalued all existing shareholders value.Or would something be built in to compensate-I doubt it !

Sam.I agree with you that a Poss MoU is imminent,that's how PC works.The closure of power stations adds substantially to an already existing market for pozz which was gaining significantly already because of its strengthening and green credentials.GLA

if it is the last shareholder to accept it will have caught a few traders out who may have hoped to buy later this week (or next) to try and catch the upswing before news GLALTH

I do not believe that there is any reason SRES would have an MOU withdrawn because of a couple of chancers trying to affect the sp. What is more likely in the wake of the Beaufort debarcle is that the LSExch. AIM team (who i spoke to yesterday) will now have to look more closely at any suggested link between trolls/derampers and interested parties acting with a view to help shorting.I believe that is why we saw the sudden disappearance of some of them recently.If anyone feels the individuals from yesterday were deliberately trying to manipulate the price with false information,then all that is needed is to report them to LSExch aim dept.and if a link is proven (they have the power to examine bank accounts etc) action will be taken . In light of the fact the AIM regulators were "late to the party"for Beaufort,I think you may find they will be a little bit more pro active from now on."and about time"GLA

I agree the warrant money will be useful,and will happen but PC knows that and it's all part of his plan.I hope he has some bad habits,as I never trust "perfect people" lol

with the Bod owning so many shares there would only be a placing as a last resort ,I don't think we are anywhere near that.If there were a placing it would be because they were ready to release news of massive proportions and money was needed to finance something short term.But for me ,as I have said before PC is an old fashioned operator and it will be slowly,slowly in small logical steps.GLA

it doesn't matter really who the hell the customer is,what matters is when we get the mining permit to be able to supply them.Patrick has gone for raw material supply as it will produce cash sooner and cheaper,,less profit but early cash,My main concern is that anyone looking to spend millions on raw material must think about buying a tiny mcap company.

I think i've got the marketing reference,as he describes the MOU achievement as Marketing discussions (@1.08) early in the interview and later on says more markiting news to come.so possible MOU for pozz.Which seems very possible as that is how TYM operate.

It is absolutely irrelevant, looking at daily % increase or decrease.Sure 40/50% looks good but that only takes it to where it was hovering before, and what was true then is true now.PC and many others have been taking their shares instead of wages for some time now,and that will ensure minimal dilution on the way to achieving the end goal.This will retrace today and so what ! PC has picked his battle,and it will not be won in one day.GLA
