Why would anyone in their right mind mistakenly take what is said by a gobby minority on LSE for the majority opinion. Whoever decided to include a third party into the frame (subsequently refuted by them) showed just how desperate and dire things are at CNR, it makes me think that MTL need to back away and put a bid in with the liquidator.

"The rest of CNRs shareholders aren't happy" a modern phenomenon where one person makes a definitive statement alleging mass support and everyone else is meant to believe it ! Perhaps we will see if there is a vote. The CNR price will drop like a stone with no deal and MTL will recover ground .When more details of Uber are clear MTL will rise significantly, with or without CNR and a few disgruntled shareholders invested in a company that can't finance the next stage .MTL do not need CNR. Do CNR need MTL maybe not but they need someone !

Will be interesting for me to see if the potential mining/processing method at La India is similar to Run. If so we have the expertise in Co. already and probably enough money to start up Uber and La India simultaneously, financed over the next two years with Run. income

Wrong, read the link. They are in treasury (suspended animation if you like) and only benefit existing holders for EPS etc. When/if given as paper to new holders in a deal they are simply transferred. There is no new issue of shares or dilution in number because they already exist. @ Overdog Perhaps you need to take your own advice you said "I don't want my share of the company diluting" The "earnings" of the treasury shares would add to existing the same way that "losses" of those shares would detract. Your so called "share of the company" will not be diluted but treasury shares will be allocated to move from treasury to others (CDR holders) on the open market, I've attached a link in case you still don't understand .We are not dividend recipients and the use of the treasury shares IMO is far better used for acquisition than just sitting there waiting for Uber to possibly start creating enough cash for dividends. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/t/treasurystock.asp

@Overdog,which part of no dilution do you not understand ? MTL would be using the shares in treasury and cash ! Again = No dilution for a "mine ready " asset

CNR=Skint and no matter what the Mcap is if you have no cash or producing assets you are up the swanny. They've been trying to sell for ages and my guess is that Geopoliticals and their history may be hampering any sale so a new brush with decent local and government relationships maybe whats needed-Darren seems to do that rather well !

What a strange way for CNR to behave . They've been on the market for ages so presumably need the money and then they introduce a fictitious Calibre play at the end of proceedings. Seems like some in CNR aren't happy with their majority choice ?

Mushy used a remote provincial (Livingstone) court and his claim put has automatically put him in breach of the original (legally binding) "Settlement A". We are now taking action for $850 +damages. So he couldn't get finance for Kalaba,I wonder how DD is going on his CARE licenses ? "Ego is a wonderful servant,but a terrible master" "When you are in a hole stop digging"
