I'm surprised that a lot more Condor holders aren't vocal in their support. The option of this deal or more placings / the liquidator would certainly make my mind up for me. And given the distinct chance that the sp here will rise significantly on news regarding Uber it immediately increases the value of the share aspect of the purchase. Perhaps people who moan in life just have a lot more to say for themselves ?

MTL will bounce when Uber news hits but my guess is that will only happen when the dust has settled if the T/O goes ahead.

Condor are up the Swanny, Calibre and MTL don't need Condor but Condor needs someone. Calibre have been letting them soak and wither. You've come onto a bb pontificating and opinionated without first doing the slightest research into a company that is making a cash and share offer for your own holding. Any slightly serious investor would want to know the "ins and outs" of the bidder. But you just whinge. Perhaps if it ever happens to you again ,do some basic research and ask some questions first !

I'm invested so share their optimism for current operations and trust them to do the best for shareholders which they all are significantly themselves, but really not overkeen on a few vocal whingers that want a premium for a failing entity.

For a failing, skint explorer the deal seems more than generous ! And as I said spurious third party involvement may be a large "tell". If MTL don't take you, good luck and I honestly wish all shareholders well, but deals don't often get better as cash reserves diminish ! DB obviously sees something he thinks he can make work,it appears many others don't.
