F79-there's obviously a million different possibilities.Three possibilities in my mind are 1.Just like Voisey bay,we sell %s of the co. with buy in levels and initially there are no voting rights associated with their shares,to stop a full takeover at the first sight of drilling success.2.a license or two is JVd-stage payments again 3.Equity purchase where a % of Arc is bought and we get a totally free carry forever (effectively a free carry to stream or royalty) .. Other brands are available in a store near you :-))
