Avanti Gold was floundering and the share price rise is precisely because they have been able to take a historical burden off the books that has enabled the sp to rise. Had Arc not taken a deal the sp would still be floundering and static. Had they diluted by issuing shares for the 1.4m the sp would have plunged and selling those shares in an illiquid company would have been nigh on impossible. I wasn't in on the negotiations and couldn't say if it was the best deal at the time or not, but it has given Arc a bit of latitude and some cash from a scenario that may never have emerged. If Avanti go on to do great things then good luck to them and perhaps we could have taken a cash and share option but many many companies are falling foul of the DRC government and cash is king !

Surely they can't have worked out that IP addresses are easily collected via ISP without telling the IP owner if you follow the right procedure and are looking to prove "breach of contract, contempt of court, or Market Manipulation" and all you need is in house lawyers with enough time and expertise. I am assured that it was not difficult. The trickier bit would have been proving a link ! Tick Tock !

It's not Nick's legal team. By targeting Handa , Metalex have involved the JV senior partner Anglo. Metalex/MM are blatantly in contempt of a previous order ,in breach of previous agreements and now due to this latest rubbish (and the Mickey Mouse Kabwe attempt) quite possibly looking at a fraud charge as well. You couldn't make it up ! Yes I know they did ! What a book this is going to be after Anglo have finished throwing it at him !
