Translation " This Court therefore lacks jurisdiction to hear and determine
the matter which is improperly before it or grant any relief.
The Court should set aside the application for stay and
discharge the Ex parte Order dated 25th April, 2024."+ Should never have been brought here in the first place.
"shows that an execution which has been improperly
issued can be set aside at whatever stage of the
execution process." =Even a moron should understand the above
""If, before the date fixed for hearing, the plaintiff
desires to discontinue any suit against all or any of
the defendants, or to withdraw any part of his
alleged claim, he shall give notice in writing of
discontinuance or withdrawal to the Registrar and
to every defendant as to whom he desires to

It goes on and on, but despite leagues of cases sighted the bottom line is "Wrong court and 2022 ruling has precedence"
Is this the old corrupt Zambia meeting it's inevitable end, or just a silly chancer with extremely bad timing ? Either way you just couldn't have timed it worse could you ? Good luck Mushie and Co. you are really going to need it !
