It’s actually a win for ARCM - the Court found that the Consent Judgment of March 2022 wholly discontinued the action, which closed the record......! As a result, the Court no longer had jurisdiction to entertain any applications in that matter… following the action to reverse Mineralex/MM’s illegal attempt to seize assets - the judge is saying there’s nothing for him to rule on given the consent judgement (ie settlement agreement which has force of law) closes the case in its entirety ie he can’t interfere with Handa/Arc or anyone else he wants to scam.

So Singhy, the sneaky (Ex Parte) action failed and is completely blocked and as you ominously say "Litigation continues in Zambia" Now we move onto the expensive and potentially lifestyle altering stuff....!
