The diamond drill hole was collared quite high up in the stratigraphy in the Nguba formation and intersected 4 stratigraphic packages and evidence of metasomatism with the intensity increasing with depth and more importantly provided evidence of fluid flow within this part of the basin where the hole was being drilled, initial indications from this hole.
And that's just the first hole drilled. The area is not only prospective for copper, but also for nickel, which to be fair is probably not unexpected, given that on the other side of the dome First Quantum are mining copper and nickel at present from their Sentinel and Enterprise mines respectively".
Give me ears to listen. Give me eyes to see. Give me FB!
So the reason Anglo collared their hole in the Nguba (startigraphic formation above the Mwashia) is to ensure that they intersected all the stratigraphies known to host copper mineralisation. I think NvS describing them as "traps".
Remember mineralisation permeates upwards from the basement of the Roan... as VC has stated:
"The diamond drill hole was collared quite high up in the stratigraphy in the Nguba formation and intersected 4 stratigraphic packages and evidence of metasomatism with the intensity increasing with depth and more importantly provided evidence of fluid flow within this part of the basin".
Would seem that Anglo stopped quite high up in the stratigraphy of the our Nguba formation at 930m down hole (See above 2019 RNS for positional reference).
Could also imply more mineralisation observed on the way down to the Ore Shale in the lower Roan (intensity increasing with depth). Could Anglo be looking to establish a basement default depth on the Roan?
Remember as you move towards the Domes Region, mineralisation can be found in much higher stratigraphy, given the age of the formation. Sentinel saw Copper and Nickel at 520m down hole within the Nguba formation (typical). We are now at 930m and still repeating traps of mineralisation on an increased depth.
This is MASSIVE and the potential is unreal given the size of the area... so a potential Tier 1 seems likely! I have always believed that to be the case!
Just to add credence to that statement… on the operational update NvS has now cunningly added the following reinforcement on the opening paragraph:
"Arc Minerals, an exploration company forging partnerships to discover and develop Tier 1 copper deposits".
This will hopefully be the reason why DW was requested to come to site by Anglo last December... study the mineralisation, especially the Copper + Nickel mix, adding weight to Sentinel's missing copper theory (fault line).
Right now I don't claim to understand Anglo's corporate strategy behind not allowing more information to be released... could be Anglo's way of having a silent corporate orgasm!
All I know is Arc has been gagged from releasing (printed) sensitive information without the written consent of Anglo.

Once holders understand the significance of David Wood's (DW) missing copper theory against the now verbal confirmed mineralisation fluid flows. Arc could well be heading to double digits very quickly on SP.
Despite all the uproar over the IC... seems only 3 people have noticed the reason/importance of the call on the BBs. I'm personally excited Ella, you? Oh yes... Karl being the 4th! Was he told, or did he figure it out?
So why mention Nguba you ask?
For that we need to go back to a 2019 RNS. This adds a bit more of a layer of info for you and how it interacts with the present Anglo methodology, as described on the IC last week:
hxxps://www.arcminerals.com/news/rns/rns-details/2019/Large-New-Target-Identified-at-Zamsort/default.aspx
"The Central African Copperbelt has been a focus of exploration and mining activity since the 19th century.
There has been recent success in discovering copper deposits at stratigraphically higher positions adjacent to and outside of the typical Copperbelt (e.g. the Frontier Deposit, at the top of the Mwashya Group east of the Zambian Copperbelt, the Sentinel Deposit within the middle Mwashya Group and the world-class Kamoa Deposit at the base of the Nguba Group).
Given the proximity of the Zamsort licence to the Sentinel Deposit the potential for mineralisation within a typical stratigraphic settings, or concealed under Kalahari cover, is considered high."
Let me quote this passage again from 2019 (making more sense as you continue reading):
"There has been recent success in discovering copper deposits at stratigraphically higher positions adjacent to and outside of the typical Copperbelt (e.g. the Frontier Deposit, at the top of the Mwashya Group east of the Zambian Copperbelt, the Sentinel Deposit within the middle Mwashya Group and the world-class Kamoa Deposit at the base of the Nguba Group).
Given the proximity of the Zamsort licence to the Sentinel Deposit the potential for mineralisation within a typical stratigraphic settings, or concealed under Kalahari cover, is considered high."
Historically copper mineralisation in the Copper Belt is associated with Ore Shale in the lower Roan below Nguba. (Yes Ella... Nguba is above the Roan, Seis is wrong on that Tweet).
So why all the excitement? Now comes the good bit Ella... which most people have missed!
During the technical handover VC did mention the Nguba formation... I've had a team of translators and audio specialists working on it for a few hours, see below:
"Anglo commenced with the joint venture's first diamond drill hole that went down just short of 930m.
Drilling this deep hole is to validate the geological stratigraphy that may be conducive to metal concentration and refine the exploration strategies.

Nobody would make investment decisions solely based on "nextology" but if they did it would be preferable to living your live in bitterness due to "pastology". Get over it Travel it's eating you alive !
Did you work it out all by yourself Joe that "the JV assets are nowhere near production" ? with your levels of insight and intuition you should be a massive help on here. Perhaps the BoD could do with your guidance ? Oh no, you tried that ! But maybe you could explain to us all how options work ?
"known for a long time" another sweeping statement without any verification whatsoever, and how the internet is packed with self verifying sweeping evidence. REEs are going to be massively important for at least 30 years before new technology even has a chance to negate their need. Chinese gutted re Rainbow ? Yup !
And there is the irony of all ironies, Donkey Boggie Bradshaw telling anyone that something they've posted "demonstrates a remarkable lack of understanding". Comic genius ....! Only one of those words applies BTW.
Another skilful cut+paste Reet,another 50p ?
IMO lying and suppressing prices to try and stop development of new producers and the fact we can operate at their lowest range for a green product really ticks them off. Shame !
Easy to forget some of the stages/challenges we have managed/ survived. When Arc started this journey the price of Cu was $6k,we owned way less than 20% of our present license areas, our major shareholder has gone from 17.8% to 0%,he intentionally caused mayhem in spiteful and vexatious attempts to blame others for his downfall (sounds familiar),the Zam Govt. has changed and turned the country into a mining friendly environment, following a drill campaign and significant tech surveys, we signed the JV of JV's and its about to really kick off, apart from all that, not a lot has happened !
And that measly 35kg is many. many multiples of what could or might be extracted from the feed stock that you tried to pass off as concentrate (carbonate).Do they really pay you for your amateurish attempts, how much per post?
Well it seems the 35kg has certainly goy your Chinky mates wound up and it's weighing heavy on their minds ATM and even heavier on their strategic control of green and defence REEs-Shame ! The US govt. also seem quite impressed with the first 35kg,Full capex confirmation and build start might upset them a tad more. Concentrate pea brain (maybe carbonate)
"Fear" ? try "disgust" ! at least you've owned up to being sponsored. Arctic,my ar se !
Which you moron is exactly why the forthcoming production by Rainbow (which has already been validated by industry experts and the US Govt.) will be a massive pain for the Chinese. But thanks again for confirming (by implication) your sponsor .What is slightly disturbing though is that for a couple of bob you are happy to try and promote (by trolling competitors) a planet polluting process that is killing people as we speak, do you sleep well ?
https://earth.org/rare-earth-mining-has-devastated-chinas-environment/
The levels that some scum sink to for a couple of pence disgusts me !
No wonder your masters are bricking it with a green alternative just round the corner.
keep on keeping on reet. but we remember you were the one spouting utter garbage getting mixed up and ****ing up all the technical detail, and you were calling carbonate ,concentrate and posting pretty pictures of feed stock claiming it was "concentrate" -a clueless chinese backed troll kidding absolutely no-one. your bull might look good to them but "doesn't even touch the sides" here. .your continued presence tells me that the chinese know what a threat production of ree from gypsum stacks is to their planet polluting processing nightmare of a business. the political overtones of china losing control of rees (defence and green energy) are huge and "li'l ole rainbow" are a thorn in your side-shame !

@NavSeis
What did they say about the structural hole? Just short of 1km down hole. Collared in Nguba which is below the Roan formation. Evidence of metasomatism (alteration due to fluid flow), Potential for nickel as well as copper (implies they hit mineralisation). #ARCM structural/stratigraphy drill traps ("many traps")," validation" of electrical findings,
Bots IP looks like it is "effectively linking" mineralization on both sides
Reet's friends have been so busy beating the price down to stop mine investment and development they must be sick of Rainbow as they cannot and will not keep the price supressed forever. With our new "green" option available to the market soon and a lot more incoming they must hate the fact that we don't need their processing either and it sticks firmly in their slanty craw...!
If Bots drilling shows reasonable results (anywhere near or better than surrounding neighbours assays) the value of the assets (sale price) will surpass our present Mcap (not too difficult I agree)
Reading the full RNS, Nickle now specifically mentioned at 2 Zam sites "Core Diamond drilling in areas that are deemed prospective to host copper and nickel mineralisation" and Bots 3DEE company has suggested extending range due to their findings " Following a c.30 line-kilometre bush and shrub clearance started in March 2024, the ground IP survey commenced on 22 April 2024 and has been extended to cover additional areas that 3DEE has recommended based on the field results observed to date"
I've given up long ago trying to figure out what motivates the trolls, and if they haven't worked out after all this time how sad they really are, then there's absolutely nothing we can say that will help them to see it. Travel is bitter and then some, just let him choke on his own bile.
