It's not even a debate. It's still in the first exclusivity period, and so they can't be within an extension period already. They could agree it needs to be extended, and then announce via RNS, but even then we wouldn't be in an extension period until after this one ends lol.

How's that stacking up?

Wonder what the monthly fee is to ARB for the 24 month managed cryptocurrency mining services agreement from feb/march. Just under 4,400 machines will obviously cover the cost and must be worth our while. Maybe it also helped get a better deal for our own infrastructure and services.
Anyway, it's obviously about our own mining but we are in such a strong position as a business so much better business model than the original route.
Atb all. I saw RIOT was down last time I checked and BTC seems to be ranging between mid 22k and low 23k.

LC has referenced before (fair few times) that it's meant to be project level financing, not co level. So I'm not expecting any company level dilution as part of financing for the tailings project. On that basis I do believe the reward potential is high. I think the lack of interest ATM is simply people being fatigued. The early adopters are invested and waiting, the traders and other PIw are waiting to potentially buy when news is released. So it's basically just the supply and demand sides have let their grip at either end of the rope. Very little effort in the tug of war ATM.

The due diligence is certainly a positive indicator, as AA are obv still proceeding down the happy path.
IMO the due diligence would always have been done before detailed commercial discussions though. They will need to ensure they understand and verify the project and company stakeholders before entering even any non binding heads of terms.
That said they may well have had an initial discussion and a verbal understanding as to what those heads of terms may look like (or even a more robust informal view beyond the heads of terms).
If they are going to get a deal done without the need for an extension beyond the current exclusivity, they'll have had to had those discussions.
I just hope the deal drives the investors here and that it's a good one for us all. Fingers crossed.

In short it's should happen in time but they are just covering the what if scenario, as obviously they are time bound. It's not that it's the most likely outcome, but it is an option and in some ways (as much as I don't at any level want it to go there) it's reassuring to know they will try push it through if time goes against them.

As mentioned though if it did happen you'd still have your ownership it would just be unlisted. I'd expect your broker/nominee would retain a line on your account and show a nil value until it's then finalised.

I'm also very positive here but I agree extension isn't where we are. I think it's just differences in how the term 'extension' is being interpreted.

The extension meaning is in relation to AA being able to extend beyond the current exclusivity agreement (which we're still in). So we simply can't be in that 'extention' yet, irrespective of how advanced they are in their process.
That doesn't even matter though as it's just Symantec's.

They are clearly in the business end of their review and it's possible they may even finalise a commercial transaction before the current agreement ends, but if they don't AA have the right to an extension at that point to conclude it.

None of that changes where we are and it's an exciting place to be. It could play out many ways and mostly for the positive so it'll be fun to see what is next.

Different things imo.

Satoshipay uses the stellar network as you'll know. Although that wasn't always the case they ended up deciding on stellar (xlm) rather than iota some time ago.

Stellar is really more high volume transactions, low fees. It's also a more seamless exchange of currencies. Which is why its a great fit for satoshipay who have obviously focused on micropayments.

Stella uses a Federated Byzantine Agreemental as it's consensus protocol. Basically it's not relying on the entire miner network to approve transactions. Which allows faster processing of transactions etc.

Anyway they're different spaces imo.

The recent RNS is just a small part of a much bigger project to confirm the resources.

The fact AA are here at all, but that they are still here after these results and all data so far, is all the encouragement I need. Add to that the fact they are happy to move on to the next stage of DD before a potential commercial transaction it looks strong to me.

Given the geology all around it's all there to 'suggest' were sat on massive resources of a hot commodity.

I'm personally excited. I hope if it is a sale the price can move up prior to any offer but actually a JV with the capital from AA may be where the money is. Moving though the explorer stages and from explorer to producer is expensive and dilution is the destroyer of fortunes. So I'm happy ATM.

Also NVS won't give us away. I think he has what's needed to get as good a deal as we can.

To be fair spike (if you're reading this) what you posted does suggest you don't know much at all about how stocks work. No disrespect.

If you base your success on how many shares you hold, rather than how much they are worth, I would be worried.
If a share price goes lower and lower I could increase my holding by loads more shares each month, but they'll be worth less and less every time.

Consolidations matter not as the price is adjusted to account for everyone's consolidated holding (up or down). But in this case the pre suspension price of 0.0019 hasn't become £1.90 as it should have to maintain our positions value. Its coming back 71% higher than it was pre suspension. In fact my massive reduction in shares will be worth 200% more on relisting than I paid not long before suspension.

The only real change following this consolidation will be in liquidity and volatility from a reduction of shares in issue. So in short it may be I get 1 in 1000 shares I previously held but every pound I invested will be worth three pounds at the relist price.
