Yes I'm still here! Like you I have well north of £100k invested and never been as confident that we'll get an excellent return! When that will be, who truly knows. However my bet is on some kind of monetisation event in the next 12 months as the likes of NM with DGR have a pressing need for funds and Bob and Co don't want to wait years for their pay day! Not withstanding that if it does go the full distance then a great deal more value will be added through derisking so either way it's a win for me but my preference is jam today albeit less jam!

Not sure about the significance of the price he paid but to me it’s strange he paid such a high premium vs the current SP? Anyone with any thoughts on this or an explanation?

BSR - 7 posts on Solg and all either sceptical or negative! If you’re not invested in Solg why are you here? And if you are invested then based on your rhetoric you need to sell and move on! Personally I think it's all about making us more attractive for a bid so either Solg will be sold or Cascabel and then they get on with what they do best - exploring!

Also interesting that Scott talked about not raising the full 1.5bn now (inferring that the financing with be phased in line with the required capex) He talked a hell of a lot about derisking the project and was also clear that at some point Solg would need a major strategic partner in order to fully develop Cascabel. It's a great listen and all of the Solg specific stuff is in the last 23 mins of the interview. Well well worth a listen!

Love the fact that Scott first bought into Solgold as a private investor back in 2016 and now has around 20m shares ( Excluding his Options!) Now that's what I call skin in the game and what better motivation to secure the best possible financial outcome for shareholders!

Seconded. I've always appreciated your views and the time you've spent researching Solg even if others haven't. No one could ever accuse you of simply being a passenger as your posts have always been thought provoking and there aren't many posters on here who can truly claim that!
