Define “dilutive”. Let’s start comparing eggs to eggs, not spades to bananas. I know of funding options that are non-dilutive, and as a fellow investor, so should you too. So, what does “dilutive” mean in the context of your post?

poppy****. that is not an inevitable conclusion. non-dilutive funding options are available. whether the company use them or not is a different question.

This is why it makes sense for Synairgen to instead seek out a mutually beneficial innovative funding solution. The priority is funding and a (fast?) path to approval. Imo it would be better for the company to maintain some form of control in any financing deal until approval is granted. A much higher valuation will inevitably follow.

No, but hopefully they soon will be. And so what if it’s based on viral clearance data, or any other data, which you may or may not be privy to, depending on whether you could be bothered to read the many good science papers posted here and elsewhere? SNG001 would certainly not be the first drug to be given to ventilated patients. What’s your issue then? The worry that it might succeed?

This raise a couple of questions;

Why would someone who has sold out already actually care?

Can you name 1 instance where TFG have given money to a company whose shares they hold in an investment fund for their shareholders, in exchange for ‘x,y,z’? If so your argument would seem less implausible. SNG is not even a sizeable holding on their overall book.

MEAL had a $hitty business case from the get go and it turned sour in less than a year of financing. Like premium goods were going to fly out the door in a cost of living crisis when it was always known that supermarkets could undercut them by at least 50%. A headscrather that one…
