Surely it is hopeless who must want an OOCS now...if all he will gain is his money $20 MIL, or whatever.
So...frr don't want one.
They want compensation via fiduciary case , for all the problems H/OR have caused.
If hopeless was in the driving seat, and can only gain value on loan notes....why not agree to stop litigation if he drops interest charges, and wait until the end of the term for his money....2020 isn't it.
Not long to wait....and save face, onerous lawyer fees, court costs, etc....what is he going to do ?
The prize is so much smaller if he cannot get the assets.....I don't get it.
