Like you say....he hasn't....he cant....and we are pretty sure we know why.

Make no mistake....after the way the Cayman's judge was pushed about....the Californian courts judge will be watching H/OR council , H/OR themselves, and Maples initiated actions against us.
(The judge must realise what's happening. A brief history or 2016 case would make him very aware).
I am sure of this....and see it as a very good thing .
I think justice will prevail this time.

One good place to look for the identities of individuals trying to bring down company last year....would be the select few that make up the Outrider investor base.
Ask yourselves...what kind of people would be in this select few ?
What kind of skills might they have ?
What's their day job ?

It's all very shady.
We , none of us, know what Stephen.M.Hope looks like.
That's not good.
Same will go for Outrider investors......bet you can't find the ID of one single one !!!!!

My main worry is.....does this judge know who he's dealing with...in Hope/OR.

Very little mention of the hardship investors will suffer if Hope wins.
Many will face ruin....if not now, not next month....possibly in years to come.
