FRCC have a new board of directors who are liquidators.They seek to liquidate assets/stock held in parent company FIC.
But.....frontera has moved asset from FIC to.... FRGC ?
Is it FRC....or FRCC has the PSA ?

Let's face it.....right or wrong....Hopeless is always going to put forward legal argument based on the fact that we defaulted on a written contract....and still have not paid interest due from middle of last year.

It's not beyond the realms of possibility that they have joined forces against hopeless/OR, who are messing up big plans for Georgia that take years of careful planning with agreements that have to be made. Block 12 has to fit in with everything else...going commercial is not just plug in and play....especially on the gas side.
So plenty of powerful people do not want Hopeless to succeed....for sure.
