We defaulted on 2 mil. So would frr want to show where our incomes coming from for 20-30 MIL ? Maybe not.
I know notes were not due till next year. So if that is still the case....we're not late paying them...so why show off more income than you have to, to the liquidators. ( who of course, are nothing to do with S.Hope, or Outrider, whatsoever :)

Something I want clarified.....we declare we are solvent to pay what ? ....Just the $2,000,000.....or loan notes and interest. Baring in mind...they're due 2020 anyway.
If it's 2 MIL only....are there other creditors queing up for their money ? Haven't heard of any demands ???

So Zaza has got out of handing over shares, and gained 18 months + to pay this nasty interest clause of agreement....at the cost of court cases, but main benefit being Hopeless''s removal from board. Have I got that right ?

We're getting something out of the Dolphin tender...for sure, on 12th June. We're earning. Ya due to be paid....heard nothing bad there. Company can sign things,make agreements...we're back in business since director resignation. Watch this space !

Been buying in here over last week or so.

Seems to me, even if China back down...U.S. will not want this situation to possibly reoccur.
There's sure to be a move toward at least one alternative supply.....and who better than RBW.

Would cost them peanuts...relatively.....and safe guard national security.
They have a duty to protect US citizens....which is something they need to be seen to be doing.
Not to mention phones,cars,etc...etc..
