Big Steve's cheap to extract B12 light sweet, fits right in with new emissions...and if there's plenty of it....which we all think there is......that is a possible source for the new stricter parameters set for marine use in international waters, from January 2020.
This refinery could be a major fuel stop for shipping even.

So...light = good....as needs less refining.
Sweet = low sulfur , in the first place....so ...good.
Our oil, should you want to, looks like it could be used with little refining, for marine use.
I also read ,somewhere ,about about blending.
So if Georgia has heavy oil, or heavy oil in pipelines, ....refinery could be blending our oil in with another producers heavy oil, to get desired low sulfur product.
Basically....even though I know F'all as usual, .....it seems like Block 12 has exactly what the Marine industry needs from January 2020 onwards.

I've tried googling....but getting nowhere. Plus...." domestic market".......could mean anything....from heating fuels..to..cars.

Not been here long, myself, but watching on site video's.....it seems to be reasonably straight forward....dig, load lorry, tip,load wash plant,shaker....load metal rich 'spoil'....drive to further purification ? Smelting plant....few kilometres away....

To expand on this....surely you just need appropriate licence's, staff, more diggers,second,third wash plant, trucks.
Why is it a 2 year wait.....why not Chuck everything at this in the coming spring ?

Another angle......planning, purchasing machinery,and lead in times for said machinery, staff, etc........at what point will god bidding window close.
Yes ...to a degree, we can take our time....but, if we go it alone, there is going to be a date at which wheels need to be set in motion for next seasons mining.
So......if a buy out......sooner, rather than later ?

Which to me implies.....they want a better offer, to reflect current price, and availability of these 2 metals.
Also seems to imply, that these are the two metals that potential buyers want, to me.....as highlighted by Dmitry Suschov, in last interview. Rhodium firmly mentioned...I thought. JMO.
