If ZM, and SN strike a deal with GG, and court cases are resolved, then both their reputations with remain intact, after the long silence.
But if Arb fails, and court cases play out against frr......a continuing silence will fuel shareholders distain, and fuel further court actions from pi's.
Their reputations would be shot to pieces.
They know this.
I think they will have to talk to us soon.....good, or bad outcome.
They need us on side. They don't need us as another opposing faction in court.
