And how much did they cost him? According to First day of dealing RNS, he invested 600K. So not a bad profit even at this SP!
Think you will be pixxing in the wind unfortunately. The notion that RP and chums take any notice of what is posted here is laughable. Never have and never will. As long as there is enough dosh to pay their salaries they will be happy and when that runs out hey.... just do another placing for some more cash ….doesn't matter at what price, as long as we can get it away! Shareholders? Who gives a monkeys about them!!
HNR is of course 'evolving', as they lurch from one failed project to the next! The reality is ( despite the relentless positivity spouted here). is they have spend millions of quid and really have nout to show for it except a pitifully small income from ED, albeit just enough to cover their inexplicably high admin costs ( read for that 'fat salaries'). There is obviously no surplus available hence they have had to get out the begging bowl yet again in order to open their farm shop!.
Zoetic Organics will target sales of organic hemp oil, retail bottled tinctures, CBD-infused chewing pouches and pre-rolled smokables into wholesale and retail channels. Ha Ha Ha . HNR going to be a quack medicine pedlar!!
I hope the 'uber' positives who slanged of D!4 feel like eating some humble pie...…!
RP and chums securing their fat pay checks for another 12 months whilst shareholders watch their investments go down the pan! POS!!
Quite true. If the next RNS is flow rates from new wells and they are not as good as expected going to be 25% knocked of SP in an instant .
Not much to look forward to for some time now it seems, except (possibly) a placing! MMs have smashed this down 50% and killed off all interest, based on the results from one failed well. AIM is rapidly becoming un-investable these days.
Wonder when the next 'roadshow' is coming, or has the BS machine closed down for now?
2022 perhaps. They don.t like to rush things you know. E.g DTU!
Exactly, they did this type of RNS on the first 2 wells,...initial flow rates on a limited choke, and everybody panicked because they were not as big as expected. Full flow not yet up and running, but at least they are flowing!!
Pierre Vannineuse, Founder and CEO of Alpha Blue Ocean Advisors Ltd, said:
"We are pleased to collaborate with Sirius Petroleum by providing this flexible commitment which will help the company focus on growing its assets and delivering value to its shareholders. Through the prism of my experience at TOTAL & Engie (ex GDF-Suez) I see a great potential in Sirius' assets."
What a load of BS!! This is why they are dumping their shares already!!!
Certainly agree with this. ….until Mengo and R1/R2 actually proved up with official flow rates, etc, AAOG in a bit of a limbo land for now. Djeno won't really be certain until 104 drilled. By the time TLP 103 and the other older wells are actually put into production, AAOG will have spent a staggering 24m odd! 6 well development plans etc are pie in the sky dreaming on the managements part at present.
As for the current SP, the placing holders from the last round are probably nervous about another raise, and are willing to dump for very low returns.
In terms of value, before the drill, 64m shares in issue @ 10p odd
Now 237.9m and a market cap of 23.6m.
In other words has gone up 300%, but unfortunately SP rise effectively wiped out by dilution!
Maestro.....I have followed since IPO too, and those who remember will know that the original plan was to do a couple of quick work overs on TLP 101/102, and the improved production from those was to keep the company financed while they drilled TLP 103 with the 10m they had raised! Hahahaha! Management 'expectations' and reality have been wildly apart by millions of dollars unfortunately. Still would not trust them now either!
Shocker! What a hopeless company. How many times did DS assure us that TLP-103 was ''fully funded'? That was what the last raise and dilution was for apparently. Probably only just cleared the overhang from the last placing, and straight away another one. Can't see JB wanting to be associated with this bunch of inept crooks for much longer. Was watching this with some regret recently as I bailed in the 12p's before Xmas albeit at a small loss. Not any more tho'!
Oh, and before anybody points out 'we are not AIM'. frankly it makes sod all difference!
As a previous holder, glad to see some good news (at last) for AAOG. The bottom line will be flow rates however, as deviated wells not so easy to get to flow. Still somewhat suspicious that the flow rates for 101/102 not yet announced after so long. Hopefully new drilled wells more lively.
Another dull RNS saying we are 'ticking over' slowly for the foreseeable future. I suspect in reality they have no money with which to anything bold and are just waiting for the ED revenue to keep the lights on! If the Nitrogen is that good why not throw some money at it and get it really going. I would not object to a placing for that, otherwise no real reason for anyone to invest here. End up stuck like the rest of us on stupid great losses.
