Cannot argue about previous form, thus action group pressure successfully led to ousting a couple of greedy Directors ....now with new blood coming in, fully aware of what improvements were expected a revitalised BOD, I'm hoping they are coming to the party with shareholders. ...The seats only been warm one day....so I'm giving them a chance to deliver....time to unite.... not divide....

Building on my previous note...and, if now considered untrustworthy I could soon be posting for the last time, as I'm now feeling, from the attitude of a couple of posters, that it's really not worth the effort. So I repeat, no I haven't disappeared and hope you trust me when I tell you that I am not involved in any new placing. As a focal point for unhappy investors I have tried to correspond and have met with many interested parties so many know me personally. I don't bother to hide my identity. If you believe I'm an insider and used information illegally I'm happy to be involved with any investigation that you feel you have to initiate. I also confirm that I increased my Holdings last week and took an unexpected hit along with many others. I very very strongly suspect the RNS was instigated by the Nomad. Why I really don't know... Because, as I've already stated it was as much of a surprise to me as to others. I'm guessing Valirx won't be too please either, But that's only my guess. So if you wish to initiate an investigation, it's an open book from me. I close in the hope that the new BOD take into account some or ideally all the SAG recommendations. Sincerely Fred

I have just replied to Me John Smith on ADVFN.
He is clearly upset with yesterdays RNS and believes the is a placing currently being organized, and involves members of the Share Action Group....if anyone on this site is under the same misapprehension, I share my reply to John as follows..

Agreed.....These antics should not be tolerated....at 16p we were at the same price of the October placing. We were just getting back on track only to be ****ed by the mms/nomad.....Just got rid of two rotten apples only to be subjected to more damage from the market manipulators...

My guess is that it would have been issued by the Nomad quite independently of the company......guessing covering their arses.......

Proposed appointment of Director

Agreed mate.... Nice position to be in....I'm happy to wait a while for news if the market continues placing a realistic value on the potential of this stock.

Hi Dracky. The FRA werent interested.
When I contacted the SFO....they weren't interested either.
In the end I was a advised to report to my local police station.......
As far as I'm concerned we need to mobilise a solicitor......as someone mentioned a few days ago...probably now's not the right time, but if we continue to see two names as directors in any Valirx related company....my suggestion is ....lets mobilise a lawyer asap.....especially if there's one on the board that has been burnt too...
