Haha on a bit of a roll today, wrote to MP and investor Relations - got this back which I think is similar to others have had. Understandably it’s all so negative at the moment and I just wrote to them to reiterate how low investor sentiment was and couldn’t they throw a 9.50p party for us - only joking!

Thank you for your email and interest in Sirius Minerals.

The RNS issued earlier this week stated that as a result of market conditions we have suspended the proposed note offering but we intend to revisit the market when conditions improve before the end of this quarter. Despite the revised timeline, we are still working hard to conclude the stage 2 financing process in line with previous guidance and execute the financing plan set out earlier this year.

We have recently completed a global marketing roadshow where we have had robust, positive engagement with potential investors from the UK, US, Asia and Australia, we look forward to reengaging after the summer break.

Construction is advancing well across all of our construction sites and we look forward to updating shareholders with project progress in our next quarterly update.

I’ve written to my MP a big Brexit supporter from the South. I hope what I’ve written will spur him on to act in some way to support a Company vital to the North and his vision of Brexit.

One thing I’m sure of - CF & BOD won’t just be doing nothing during these days - plan B, plan C - we do know that CF has often gone in another direction if he’s not happy with original plan - or is it really just Plan A - who knows - I suppose it’s all so sensitive if there are other plans being worked on - I’ve just got a feeling - but that means nothing

I’m so sad for anyone who feels they have to sell. It’s so understandable and I wish you all the very best as well Minesinthemines. Sirius are losing some genuine LTHs who just now can’t take the risk.

I lasted two days without reading the board bec I decided I’ve always read and digested and appreciated the not so positive genuine posts and it’s obviously important to read them now. I’ve not ever been influenced by anyone on here and I’ve only ever written what I truly believe re Sirius - otherwise what’s the point of a board where you’re not allowed to write what you believe? Like all LTHs I’m feeling like anyone would who could have bought something 50% cheaper - yes of course I could have listened to those who predicted this (but actually I’m not supposed to be influenced and some of the posters on here are not great) - like I said I only ever wrote and acted on what I thought. And even now I’m sticking to my strategy which is concentrate on LT and not panic. But that’s what I think and I shouldn’t be made to feel guilty for still remaining positive - but It feels like I can’t write it on here. Yes, some will think I’m putting my head in the sand and ignoring warning signs but I’m not a trader, I’m just someone who believed in Sirius and Caspinos I hear what you’re saying and I respect your posts - I’ve only just read the last one you’ve written. But it’s my decision, I’m not selling. I don’t need the money I’ve invested for however long it takes - having said that I didn’t sleep last night so it’s not easy - but I’m happy in what I’ve decided to do and hope everyone else is as well (as much as they can be in this climate). Good luck to everyone - after all we’re all just doing our best and I feel sad for the LT posters who have had such faith in this project for so long and are worried about the timescale - whatever anyone thinks about this board some misjudge it

Well I believe in this project for right or wrong - everyone is entitled to how they feel this morning but I have taken advantage to achieve my dream lucky number of shares that I never thought I’d I would achieve - might I add with Mr Fred’s blessing (think he’s just given up now)! - I have always believed in the long run for this project - and you have to do what you feel is right. Genuinely good luck to everyone in whatever you decide to do. Might not read this board for a bit!!

Don’t be ridiculous members - honestly there’s no point trying to reason with you

Members - I only get annoyed at posters like you who I think for some reason have something massive against this company and you try to unsettle investors. You can believe what you like but I welcome some negative posters bec I need to read them - but there are negative posts and negative posts. Plus I do think some of the rampy posts are posters who have been posting here a long time and go back a long way and let’s face it have had to put up with some depressive days having a bit of lighthearted fun ie £1 party. Plus if your below your average there’s so much doom and gloom what’s wrong with trying to be a bit upbeat - but some of it is def tongue in cheek. Plus why shouldn’t you sometimes feel you want a bit of a moan and people should be allowed that but I don’t understand why you write on here like you do

I don’t think it’s right to say anyone who posts anything negative on here gets criticised. It’s said on here a lot and I think if you’re a genuine poster it’s quite normal to be up-beat, down-beat, questioning things, saying how great the company is, saying things aren’t that great, fed up with dilution, delighted with the build etc. What I don’t get is why anyone with no intention of investing here would waste their valuable time? I think it’s easy to tell if someone has a genuine interest in Sirius good or bad from the way they write. Just generally in life, it’s annoying when you’re trying to have a conversation about something that really interests you and you keep getting interrupted by people that just give the impression their only motive for being there is is to annoy you, misinform you, tell you you’ve not got a mind of your own and blinded by other people - is that for real? I’ve never seen anything like it ever and I just don’t get it. We all know our own minds, we’ve made our decisions - and it’s our choice. We don’t need anyone to tell us we’ve done the wrong thing, right thing, going to make money or lose money. Why would anyone want to do that and also just use their time so negatively?

Great I’ve just deleted my post! Was just saying It was expected it was going to be a difficult summer SP wise - so just got to think about LT and not ST. Enjoy the sunshine, forget about the stupid FT and if you believe in the project just stick with it

Have to say just sat down to read the board with a g&t. I’ve read the posts about three times, googled lots of words and am trying my hardest to understand! As Speedy says there is a lot more to this than in my case the name Woodsmith, putting a lucky shot etc. I have learnt a lot but have to admit am struggling a bit with net value, various interest rates, debt servicing and all the rest. I know the possible interest rate is high and I don’t know whether the timing of Stage 2 and what’s been going on in this country, America, China has affected things or not but it just feels to me that if we can get through this week with good news re the bonds and completion of Stage 2 in this current climate Sirius have done well. I know it’s not turned out like some LTHs wanted but sentiment can change very quickly - good luck to everyone!

Why don’t posters who don’t like reading certain Investors posts just quietly filter them rather than drawing it to everyone’s attention? I hope those who don’t like my posts have filtered me bec it makes me feel more comfortable

I remember posting last year on Aug 1st bec it’s my friend’s birthday and I was beyond excited bec the SP was around 37p - 2p off my holding being worth a milestone amount (for me) and I thought I was the cleverest newbie investor ever! I still hope I am! I’m going to remember to post this time next year and I just wonder where we’ll be then! Great to read some of the posts today - esp Oracle!

Hi Scott - well he did tell me not to talk about Sirius anymore so it was a bit hard to tell him - but of course I’ll tell him soon - just got to pick the right moment - ideally when the bonds are sold and SP is back to 22.88p!

I was prepared for set backs when I first invested in Sirius - after all the largest mine in the UK is being built to sell the world’s largest and highest-grade deposit of Polyhalite. I wasn’t prepared for the relentless generalised obvious trying to get you to sell by thankfully a handful of posters. But obviously it’s common practice. No one can believe in Sirius more than I do but I’d like to thank all the genuine investors for their posts, positive and not so positive that being normality to this board. I remember topping up when the board was last a bit like this at 17p when my average was 25p and I had the same feeling as I had yesterday when I topped up - my average after yesterday is 22.88 - so topping up well below it. For me it’s harder to top up when I’m well below my average. Like John I do think it has to be my last top up but I’ve said that before! I just know how a couple of years ago when I topped up at 17p how glad I was when I looked back on it and I just didn’t want any regrets. I guess we can only do what feels right.

Trying to buy SIrius shares at lunchtime was more difficult than phoning the doctors surgery to get an appointment - it made me realise even if you’re at your computer when the shares dip whether or not you can actually buy them is a different matter! So all these saying they can buy at 10p - good luck with that!
