Chris - you’ll be the winner with more shares! - but even with the shares I’ve got it’s been hard to get my av down - got it down from 25p though! And now I’m just going to sit and wait ....and pray!

Mainly jealous of what you paid! But I wouldn’t have paid 30p at one point and have av of 21.67 if i didn’t think in 5 years time I will have done really well - but that is just what I think!

Yes I’m sticking with it - right decision/wrong decision/head in cloud/head under sand/ramper (on official list)! etc etc. I do think we’ve been incredibly unlucky with Stage 2 re timing of what’s going on in the world - looking back - maybe something more could have been done at Stage 1 time to take pressure off stage 2 but what’s done is done and actually what do I know? But I’m not throwing in the towel - and I can’t wait for the day that we can say it’s all been worth it!! (Please, please, pleeeaasseeeeeeeeeee)

Must admit whilst I’ve still got my shares and haven’t sold it doesn’t seem like real money to me - but like I never feel our house is real money bec you can lose huge amounts and gain huge amounts due to market conditions. To me it’s not real until you have to sell. My husband definitely doesn’t see it that way! But because I’m stuck st home at the moment I’ve spent a fair amount of time looking at Sirius website - construction progress and the incredible amount that’s been achieved so far - sometimes against big obstacles. That why I think it’s too big to fail at this hurdle. Even all the buying/selling activity which I’m finding hard to get my head round - people are going to make big money out of all the deals going on - they know what they’re doing and I think they’re banking on bonds being sold even at the last minute and getting as much out of it as they can in the meantime. Even if it goes wrong again with the bonds I think they’ll be back up plan - we’ll have to endure more SP pain but we’ll get there. That’s just what I think and nobody must take any notice of what I think bec there are no guarantees and maybe I’m just trying to make myself feel better - it’s scary and could run to the absolute wire but I never expected it to be easy money

I agree as well - on FB it’s been slightly questioned as to whether the build might be slowed down - I think it’s all full steam ahead bec he’s got plan A which he’s confident off but if necessary I’m sure he’s got Plan B to fall back on

Like some others I shall feel happier even getting back to 15p - I don’t think my other half has really registered the SP is so low - I thought he had - but he wasn’t really concentrating and said something the other day that made me realise he hasn’t so I hope he doesn’t notice! Now it’s me that avoids the subject!!

wwguk and all others - thank you for all your posts - I do find all the bond business, shorting, what’s going on at the moment really hard to understand and really appreciate all your posts!

John678 - that’s how you get rich and good luck to you. I thought at first it was John2015 and thought I’ll never beat his average now - we’ve similar averages!

I’m similar John - it’s easy to look back and think what you could have done. When we get back to our averages and back in profit it won’t seem so bad! Plus will the £1 party be much more rewarding when we get there? (Sorry - 20p party)! I think if it’s a 20p party then we better start planning quite soon - that’s just what I think and I don’t see why I can’t write what I think on here- it’s not like I’m any kind of an expert - if I didn’t think that I wouldn’t have bought more and I’d just sell. Although have to say that’s been the hardest bit for me - buying more - bec as I said I’m really no expert!! What I think and being an expert are two very different things!

Sorry just realised I’ve posted a lot last couple of days - stuck at home for 6 weeks - how can you delete history?!

I wish I could hide my history! Share chat was just so new to me and I’m still trying to get my head round it! I can’t read Adven - some days I can’t read on here either. Just can’t handle the posters that only appear on bad days when you’re feeling rubbish anyway - on those days I so appreciate the positive posts bec it makes me feel better that I’m not going mad and there are others who are still thinking like I do even though things haven’t gone as planned. I’d never be influenced but I do understand the genuine knowledgable investors and their concerns and their reasons they might want to sell but I’ve just got a different plan to them. But I still forget that there are posters out there that are not like I imagine that have an agenda.

modesto - I don’t really get why you’re commenting on mr.dt’s holding at all - it’s all so individual. All I know is at 34 I was nowhere near buying any shares and I have a great deal of admiration for younger people juggling getting on housing ladder, career, life, family etc - buying shares in a company like Sirius is quite something - come back in 10 years time and see - Mr.dt will still only be 44! I hope all investors that have believed in Sirius do well.

It’s very easy to forget how quickly this SP can move up

Well I’m not in any club - I’m just in my club. The bad news is I’m down big time at the moment - and if the worst happens apart from losing a lot of money a few people I care about will and can throw what they want at me bec my judgement and my gut feeling will have been wrong and I didn’t listen and I will feel guilty and I will have to live with that. But this drop in share price has allowed me to increase my holding by just under 25% and lower my average - not as low as I would like but still lower. I would never have been able to do that with a SP of 30p. I’m now at ‘my lucky number’ of shares and I can safely say it’s out of my system - I will never buy anymore so anyone that knows me can relax! I have more than I should have but any more - for me - would not be the right thing to do. So I’ve now got my lucky name Fred16, my lucky number of shares and the name Woodsmith which has a special meaning. My club is a unique way of buying shares and I really don’t recommend it to anyone (not that anyone with any sense at all would ever want to join)! But my club would never have been formed if it wasn’t for Sirius. Having said that this time as a Sirius SH is very scary and has caused me sleepless nights and I’m very sad for those that have had to sell and lose money.
