Valid point, US licence to come and Helios weren’t going to give them away cheap, why should they as opportunistic offer from StoneX to get the business on cheap.

Plenty of cash in the coffers with the part 2 of buyback programme £25m, should propel us further towards £2 and ftse250 entry too opens up access to larger investors etc

There are no issues raised by the auditor, so i assume rotation took place, so the extract from rns says:

Cash is twice the current market cap as mentioned by earlier posts.

Their order book doubled in last Q3 update and now they have won a big contract which starts immediately, looks strong for rerate from hereon imo

You make a very good point GH, i believe we will be sold but waiting for much higher and any other bidders to come forward. StoneX are desperate to get this business, but large shareholders ain't going to sell it cheaply, so lets see what the next few weeks brings as interest should increase

The US licence has significant intrinsic value for CABP, let’s see other bidders enter the arena and start tabling offers.
