AGM approval went through-the company is seeking to reduce the share premium account to allow distributions to shareholders. As at 30 September 2024, the balance standing to the credit of the sharepremium account was

£293,486,755.31. Looks like that will have £293Million of ditributable reserves, very nice and market yet to catch on.

Well looks like big growth is coming here, Huang come from Philips and big names will be getting together and rubbing shoulders with the likes of GE and Siemens plus 100 sites he mentions in interview. Worth a listen and with Trump winning in US this could pave the way for some big deals and mega revenue growth

Had a listen to the interview with CEO, high margin business with plenty of capacity and capability, in with some big players in pharma sector. Could turn out to be a monster.

You beat me to it icecool, posting at the same time! Just to add there I just spotted a post on advfn where management have tried to reassure employees at Wood group last night, so good as it restores confidence etc

Jimmy loon, you make a valid point which has been posted by a few others, this is now a sitting bid target and I suspect we may see accumulation take place as this is not any aim listed stock. It won’t surprise me if sizeable chunks are bought and add to that, short positions being closed coupled with director buys and you have the perfect recipe for a strong recovery from these silly levels. Ignore the noise.
