There ain't going to be a takeover. Why in heavens name would your management team want to get taken out on the cheap just after derisking the business??. Makes zero sense when you have the opportunity to build long term value and worry about energy sapping negotiations and corp activity down the line. All focus will be on reselling, on process, on risk and resilience and taking small steps to get the momentum going...don't you think management will deserve and want some clear water to do that?! PS ISA...I think there will definitely be a Tier 1. Last Thursday after the close, over 5M of shares were bought in blocks and I think another small increase by Bybrook and JPM will land at the end of the week.

Re approval rate Jonno...yep not applying the strategy too aggressively is obviously v important, but the way I see it, if the approval rate drops 20% but the size of your market increases 20%, you're pretty much where you were.

What i like is you won t see a "sell the news" moment cos the next big wave hitting is relending and no one wants to miss that.

If you look at the chart there is a bullish dodecahedron pattern with candles on the 3rd and 4th node and the moving 1000 year average suggests if we break 18 and/or Timmy Coles legs this could go all the way to 18.2p. Also this scheme is a total SHOE IN.

Well as I managed to virtually write the last FCA announcement a few days early I predict the next one will say:

We do not endorse Amigo's Scheme of arrangement and we by no means see its approval as setting a precedent for other firms intending to enter a similar arrangement. We do however respect the wishes of Amigos past and present customers and their willingness to claim via the scheme and do not intend blocking its approval via the court hearing. Each SOA however, must be viewed on its own individual merits and circumstances and our stance on any individual Scheme will vary in line with each circumstance.

In other words, I think we will benefit massively from first mover advantage and I think the FCA will want to nip this sort of arrangement in the bud so its not seen as normal practice. You can bet your ass that the FCA is going to block one or more of these as politically they have to.

You'll see our competition suffer and we will be there to mop up those customers.

I m jealous - Still only 1.21M here. If I had more than the bounce back loan I'm living off, I'd put it in!:-))) Still enough to make a tidy sum.

Remember the other week we were in the 14s and it just wouldn t go through 15p for several days then once it did....more often we re seeing intra day trading above 18p..any close above it and we ll go straight into the 19s IMO.
