I think it ll pull back to something like 8.5 and then again day after..then 8p to 10.5p..that sort of shenanigans. What i hope for is a 30% rise again. To 11.5p or so.-))))

I guess we have to accept that the FCA use Conduct Supervision based on risk . The higher risk the bigger the scrutiny. They use both event driven supervision and also Thematic Supervision and Amigo have triggered both. Product is clearly causing alarm bells (thematic risk) and now there is a super complaint (event driven risk) which means they are viewed as high risk and FCA believe they are not treating customers fairly and inevitably are on front foot!!. Way around is to invest in more controls and compliance not change the product and the APR. Take morals away as there is a product supplied, FCA approved- it is clear what is says on tin and there is demand for it, so a service is fulfilled. Its the process of fulfilling that service where the issue is not the service itself which is very clear!!! Management are responsible for how these controls and compliance is met and they have been slack to say the least. Product is good that's why they were successful! Morals suddenly matter when irresponsible borrowers use bleeding hearts to justify the mess they have got themselves into and if they go to the wall, it will make them more disciplined next time around so again, they get an important lesson!! Nuff Said!

there is now a clear sign of higher lows and higher highs over the past week. Sadly for Senator it looks less likely that he ll see 3p now requiring 70%+ drop. 5p-7p range also in rear view mirror. Any close above 9p sets this up for a leg up to 15p imminently.

A JR could take AT LEAST 12 months to resolve. Furthermore, until there is a resolution, you have a business that is uninvestable because you no longer know if the fundamental model is workable under the tightened FCA rules. I would suggest there is a chance we could end up being locked in to a share for 18 months with no upside or movement. Been there before and you can't invest in other assets that are moving because your money is tied up.

But the problem is people are buying because to THEM thats the perceived value/entry they wish to access this trade/investment at. You're whole basis is that if people stopped buying then the price would be lower. No shi*T sherlock. Well it isn't because people are. Its called supply and demand.

I'm sorry I don't want to be harsh but you have clearly stated that 1,2,3 p is where you would buy which is fairly express for declaring what YOU think the business is worth. And key here. What the business is worth to YOU! Which is the only thing that matters!The truth is this is very high risk and the company could go down. It's also high reward and one doesn't go without the other. Can I therefore suggest that you F off on to the board for Rio Tinto or Shell which is much more your type of investment, not hark on from the sidelines because secretly you hope it doesn't go up and us risk takers are rewarded, where you didn't have the nerve to try.

I notice JB's tweets all mirror my reason for getting involved with this whole Shebang. A couple of weeks back, I was banging on about irresponsible borrowing and that affordability is not based on money lent alone but the expenditure and priorities of individuals, many of which won't have the discipline to get out of debt even though they could with some willpower. I suspect many cases will flounder, if only the due diligence process for compensation, involves getting bank statements and actually looking at where the money goes! Amigo should be pushing back hard on this key/crunch data and I hope they are!

Well I grabbed another 5k's worth at 6.97 so my45K is now avg down to 9.6p The risk is up but the escape route a little nearer! gulp!
