Crossley, If I look what is on the market at present in a small town, a 2 bed Victorian terrace starts at £125k, a 1930s 3 bed semi at £180k and a 1980s 3 bed detached at £250k. Entry level for a flat is about £80k so perfectly affordable.

JS. It is a regional issue. I live in a rural part of the Midlands and my daughter in her mid 20s has a 3 bed detached with garage and garden, almost identical to what I had in 1983 about 10 miles away. . Most of her University friends around here also own properties. Those living in London and the SE have no chance.

Kando. 100% agree with you. Anyone who thinks shareholders will get anything back in the event of an administration is living in cloud cuckoo land. Ordinary creditors would be unlikely to get anything other than a pittance leaving nothing for equity holders.

Likewise. Given the amount of time it is taking to get out a set of numbers, the accounting controls must have been shocking and the numbers are probably going to be horrendous. Would not be remotely surprised if it relates to revenue and profit recognition on long term contracts like Carillion.

This company has had red flags all over it for about a year. The situation made much worse by Boohoo imposing a management team on it. Given their track record of shareholder value destruction it is hardly a surprise it is in this mess.

And look at what they are paying their Chairman and Board members. Why are THG paying so much for so little.

The only conclusion is that they are going to release some very bad news. The absence of any communication just highlights what a shower the Board of this company are. They are clearly not in a position to even say they know of no reason why the share price has fallen.

It will also involved countless RNS releases and letters to shareholders from the company reiterating the rubbish they put out last time about unlocking shareholder value. Sadly the IIs seem gullible enough to buy it.

The arrogance of the Board believing they can say nothing following complete carnage in the share price, press speculation and Ashley’s letter, is astonishing. That leaves aside the filing of results and AGM. Surely nobody can contemplate reelecting most, if not all the Board.

If Boohoo does not respond the Ashley’s letter, I wonder if he will call an EGM to force their hand.

Would agree with you as long as it involves nobody from the Boohoo team whose interference in this business has been the main cause of almost complete shareholder value destruction.

Wonder if their response will include the “unlocking of shareholder value” that was in almost everything they issued when they last communicated with shareholders.

Jersey registered or not, can not find anything that gives them a dispensation from holding an AGM within six months of accounting reference date and giving 21 days notice of AGM. What is alarming is that they are not even addressing this issue. Will it go straight to suspension?

Anyone who puts further money into a business where control remains with the current Boohoo/Revb management team is asking for trouble. Everything they have done in recent years has just destroyed value and no reason to believe they will not do more of the same.

Do not disagree with what you say and Boohoo is one of the biggest losers. What is galling is that Boohoo imposed a management team on Revb which has delivered what Boohoo excel in; the destruction of shareholder value.

Moulding again illustrating with his post on LinkedIn why he is not fit to be CEO of a listed company. Yes you may be frustrated but just gives an impression of childish petulance. Why does the Chair not exercise some form of control?
