Somebody obviously got wind of that RNS yesterday given the buys which went through all day.

I haven't got a clue where the share price will go today. We were at 6 - 7p about a month ago based on the progress made this year, the SP only crashed because of the funding issue. So now funding is sorted we could rise back up to 7p. But the Open Offer price of 3.96p might act as a bit of a magnet, pull us in the opposite direction. A few peeps will probably be happy to sell at 6p to buy back in the OO, and get some warrants too. So who knows what direction we're going in.

We expect to continue to improve fuel efficiency. There are many actually levers to that, that are important. One is, of course, speed of the network. And in the past couple of quarters, we have been able to significantly improve the stability or reliability of the network, and that means that we are -- when the ships are on time, they spend less periods where they have to speed up in order to meet port days or deadlines and that's very good for fuel efficiency. There's also, of course, a structural speed reduction with slow steaming that also improves fuel efficiency. But there are many, many factors that go into this and we manage, of course, also the charter ships as much as we possibly can, doing everything we can to make sure that they don't use more fuel than what is needed.

So this is a good handful of different levers that we are applying to improve fuel efficiency. And it's even more important as 2020 is looming because the best thing we can due in terms of mitigating the impact of that is, of course, just to use less fuel.

"The contractual capital commitments totalled USD 1.9bn end of Q2, of which USD 1.2bn related to commitments towards terminal concession grantors and USD 0.3bn related mostly to investments in scrubbers for vessels and retrofits."

So it has increased again, from $263 million to $300 million.

"The idle fleet had increased to 4% of the fleet in the middle of Q1 but has steadily declined since then, reflecting the beginning of the peak season and as some vessels, primarily in the +10k TEU segment, were taken out of the fleet for scrubber retrofitting."

MSC and Evergreen are the two biggest scrubber users, MSC is now up to 250 ships.

"Meanwhile, although MSC has the most extensive scrubber programme of the major ocean carriers, with around 250 of its approximately 540 vessel fleet expected to have scrubber systems installed, in percentage terms Evergreen is the highest.

According to Alphaliner the Taiwanese carrier has 140 of its 208-strong fleet stemmed for scrubber installation and therefore able to consume HFO."

But he referred to range of measures keep under control bunker costs of around $1.2bn per quarter under control.

Maersk Line had already succeeded in getting a majority of shippers to agree to fuel adjustment clauses into all contracts.

“We are right now at a 90% coverage on that,” he said.

Other steps included bunker supply measures.

“We are testing some scrubber technology, we are testing some supply contracts for low sulphur fuel, and we are reducing fuel consumption to mitigate the extra costs,” he said.

Such measures were “even more important with 2020 looming”.

“Because the best thing we can do in terms of mitigating that is to use less fuel,” Skou said.

You should try an emulsion fuel mate, that will reduce your fuel consumption by about 5% and it costs 10 - 15% less to buy compared to standard HFO. *********.

The bank balance would be in a much healthier state if they hadn't taken £300,000 from it to pay their back-salaries, before the company was back on a sound financial footing.

The announcements come at a precarious time for Quadrise, who last month launched a fresh appeal for cash as it only has funding to last only until early October 2019.

I didn't agree with his comment yesterday that he HAD TO release the last RNS. Have a look at the chart, in the 2nd half of June we dropped from 7.5p back to almost 5p, why didn't he release an RNS for that? It was just a bit of profit-taking after the rise, perfectly normal, happens all the time. As BC says, the last SP drop was smaller, so I don't think the RNS was 100% necessary, especially as it caused the SP to crash down to 3p intra-day.

I thought that this might continue rising this morning, it's getting pumped to buggery on Twitter. I'm not complaining, if the herd arrives and it means we can get a placing away at 6p instead of 3p, I'll be more than happy, keep up the ramping guys.

A nod from MK, I remember his nod at the end of 2017, "the MMU has been successfully commissioned". I had a huge top-up because of that, if the Saudis had paid $1m to install an MMU at a refinery, there's no way the trial wouldn't go ahead, was there? Then we found out there wasn't an MMU within 2000 miles of Saudi. I'll never forgive him for that, at least not until we have our first commercial contract signed.

What price are you expecting? You think a broker is going to give us 30 million new shares at 6p?

A placing of 50 million new shares at 3.2p coming before the end of August, it will pay their wages for another 6 months. If he's lucky he might get 3.5p. That's my guess and it must be the odds-on favourite now. Given where the share price was a few weeks ago, that will be very disappointing.

Beaten to market by a completely inferior product. It's water in oil emulsion, made on board just before it is burned in the engine, they add water to standard HFO. They now have orders for the complete Seabourn fleet as well as Carnival.

It could be very good news for the share price, placings are obviously dilutive by their very nature, but there can be a huge difference if they are done by a partner investing in the business instead of via a broker. AFC Energy spiked quite dramatically on two separate occasions after placings, once when Linc Energy bought a stake in 2010 and again in 2012 when Abramovich and his mob pumped money in.

We were at 7p a few weeks ago, we are where we are because of the lack of funding, not that it was unexpected news. If there is any truth in this rumour we could easily be back into double figures, 10 - 12p a share. QFI already have a lot of high profile partners but if someone like Al Khafrah took a 5% stake it would be a whole different ball game, it would be a massive endorsement and a sign of how confident they were of finally getting MSAR commercial in KSA. It could also explain Mike's relaxed attitude regarding funding during the last investors call.

There is one major flaw in that theory Skipper, the BOD are also shareholders, especially our ex-FD and now NED, I think Hemant has almost 30 million shares. They would be diluting themselves as well as us.

We must be due an update on Freepoint soon, it's more than a year since we signed the MOU with them and almost 8 months since the CMPDA was signed. Did Mike not say during the last investors call that Jason was spending about 60% of his time working with Freepoint? That's a lot of man- hours, what the hell have they been working on?
