Explain to me what incentive there is for MPS to sign a contract - when we are fulfilling the role without such.
&
What leverage do WSG have with MPS now that we’ve gone to work without one.
Thought. Did WSG agree to commence in this way because they had a funding requirement as set out in this latest ‘pleased’ RNS and a SP 40% below nominal.
IF PF genuinely thought that the contract would have closed in 30 days - and the LoI is sufficiently comprehensive to permit us to function in the way we are, terms, liabilities, risks and all those other things that in contract form appear to be so difficult. What’s to stop them signing expeditiously.
Speculation. The difference is commitment or let’s say intent. Doesn’t feel to me that we’re being presented with the whole truth. That’s AIM.
I’m heading for Towcester... that’s true.
I’m actually leaving my kitchen toward the utility. It’s north. So statement 1 is true. But very misleading.
Sorry Towcester. Another day.
