C 1..........The share price movement says it all.........I have now read the accounts twice and conclude the company to have been exceptionally lucky to have had the commercial property to fall back on.........the sleephub and fertility businesses are moving apace........little to go on regarding future profitability but management confident..........Rest of the businesses have been affected by covid so still too early to call......Next 6 months with lockdown eased will be the eye opener...............

J........yes with AIM it nearly always as you say not if but when.......BUT......as I have consistently said with GC companies it has always ever been when not if...! At the latter part of last year many were posting that GC would sell out and both companies were both being given the last rights.......how things have changed as we start this long journey...........

Martin Eales and Giles Clarke a formidable negotiating team........had to be the right deal here !.......

F B..........well with opportunities ahead always good to look back......the recently acquired diamond business is an example of just how quickly and efficiently a business can be put together, simply breathtaking.......Most here have no concept of just how big the Heavy Mineral Sands project will be.......the rare earth minerals here could be hugely important.......Rainbow is showing the way .......LJ is acutely ambitious many more with the same business model will follow ..........Re funding ,just needs rubber stamping by holding bank.............

No without having to waste my time further, I return to Heavy Mineral Sands which contain rare earth minerals ......the deposits here are outstanding with high purity......Rainbow rare earth minerals ,the only mine Company in Africa now has a CAP of 100 m......a game changer for KAZ....................

Yes, have been highlighting the heavy mineral Sands acquisition, once concluded the South African Diamond business will be propelled into a different orbit......Couple this with our world class high purity Tantalum mining business in Namibia and the Global growth programme outlined by Larry Johnson will accelerate decisively......The growth of this programme above will be faster than most people anticipate.....just look at how quick the diamond business was brought into production, what comes on board after this will have the same business model.............

Yes ,this is an impressive resource with relative easy open mine access.......Martin Eales will get this job done and soon ,Rainbow bears this out.....There was a time when our posts were far apart but now are only a hairs breadth away......As I have said for many years now both Iron and Kazera are inextricably linked due mainly to shared management. Going forward I believe the progress will be similar with the occelating share pricing bouncing off each other......In any event a fascinating way forward beckons.................

Good to see you active on this board and being involved with all three companies.....GC has the success formula.....right products with the right people to bring to market..
........the path over the eight years or so has been bumpy and many Naysayers have come and gone over this period.....Its fair to add that the stage we are at now is perfect timing, its the pre herd stage.......both I and K are securing finance ,a pre requisit to going forward, the world markets namely US and China are actively competing particularly in the African subcontinent so the world mineral prices are moving now.......Its good to see a few new mature postings on B so as we climb this is bound to increase....

Ismalia......Yes, we converse with each other on another board so we are familiar with each others posts......I am a little disappointed that you should think that I am a ramper / hyper.....I have spent my last ten years making sure that I never mention prices,direction or otherwise when I post......I never fill in the opinion column or talk about my holding details or others.........My only interest is to give posters my take on the business......As I have expressed before I am here for the medium long term investment and have absolutely no interest in pushing the price upwards......Regarding Giles Clarke , yes I have been investing in G C companies since investing seriously in Majestic Wine some 20 years ago so yes I do feel a certain synergy with him...................

For those of a nervous disposition you need not worry about the company being sold / wound up........we have an experienced negotiating team here ,one of the best with still eight months to run.......Exactly the same arguements were being mooted a year or so ago about Kazera, now look at it...!..Having studied Giles Clarkes business acumen he is not the sort of person to be defeated, yes this has been long and yes this has been very difficult and frustrating but we will get the job done.......The value in the ground is breath-taking and with this laughably low share price a golden opportunity exists...........

Of course just to make it clear I refer to Iron and Kazera, not Barkby..................................
