Markets don’t like uncertainty and they always overreact to good and bad news alike......what is again worth underlining is that mining takes years to build a company from scratch especially in the African subcontinent.......Covid has not done us any favours...... As LJ has alluded to, the board is as frustrated and disappointed as its shareholders........further patience needed here.........

B G.........How can I refuse...!......the chances of a deal here have never been better due in part to the world mineral price boom and partly to the skills of ME and GC......we will not be sold short here as witnessed by the recently terminated deal....... GC will always walk away if the deal doesn’t stack up.................

If you should read the last RNS, L J is quite clear in what he is saying regarding the TVM mine......the mine is being made ready tirelessly ie 24 / 7 if necessary to start production when funds arrive......details of this will be made available at that time.......LJ clearly has a game plan to viable mining pre pipeline..........................

Forgive me , I may not have put my brain in this morning but didn’t Charles Dickson co found A C P L back in 2009 with three fellow directors ?......I have a feeling CD was paid back original stake and had left the company.......he doesn’t seem to list on the BOD...... again Apache has assets AUM in excess of 2 B......the company trades in the alternative real estate sectors .......this latest announcement being in the vertical self assembly rental market.......I should be very pleased to learn the current state of play and just as important the effect on the Barkby Group..............

Mr C.........we have been at loggerheads for more years than I care to remember over all G C companies that I further.......I don’t know how many times I have to repeat my views to the sceptics......I am more likely to be on the next Mars mission than for any of Giles Clarke’s companies which I support going bust.......My reason is clear.....the Giles Clarke business model is correct......it’s that simple !.........If any of the G C companies go bust I shall be more than happy to give you and other investors a full apology.......I have to add there is zero chance of this occurring......................

For those with long memories may just remember how long and tirelessly Matin Eales had to fight to pull off the first and since only rare Earth mineral company to be taken to market.........in Martin we have an exceptional negotiator and this fact had not been lost on Giles Clarke.........as I have spoken before the economic barometers are all pointing in the right direction now .......the chances now for a satisfactory outcome to this deal have never been as good as they are now...........there are many investors here that have come and gone over the last 8/9 years on my watch........I only hope they were canny enough to bottom draw them.................

Yes, it could be construed like that but there are other connitations here namely funds received but not disclosed yet due to awaiting possible AGM or diamond updates which usually fall every two months or even HMS License.......for me I would not make any announcements until we have spectacular news......for sure if negotiations had broken down we would soon learn about it and I don’t expect that here...............

As we patiently wait for confirmation which incidently is not even a month from the previous announcement , LJ is not wasting time , the mine is being actively got ready as well as the large approach road........As I have said before I would wait till months end to include diamond production and hopefully Heavy Mineral Sands license.......I for one am in no hurry..!...................

I use the word boom advisedly as this is what the Australian Mining companies are labelling it..........Australian miners cannot supply iron ore in enough quantity to satisfy the Chinese industrial market hence the companies are recruiting in droves anyone with a full driving license to cope with the huge excess demand........the wages they are now paying have rocketed to in excess of 70k PA which is high for Australia..........
Secondly, the world economy as I have highlighted here recently is set to boom in US and UK this autumn, as highlighted recently by the banks
Thirdly, again as I keep highlighting is we have huge stocks of iron ore HPI......an open cast mine which couldn’t be more cost effective and just as important HPI......we are not just an ordinary iron ore mine , we have high purity iron which commands a large premium.........
If GC and ME can’t get a deal now no one will...................

C1........yes this is the point I was underlining........the most interesting part here for me is which GC company will be the most successful.......I have toiled with this conundrum for many a year ......it remains the great unknown.....................

It may be worth noting that Barkby shares are very thinly traded with the Dickson family owning the largest amount by far with the rest in the hands of other large private holders ... ...I just mention this for so far we have not experienced any product that has the power to disrupt the market.......the sleep hub and fertility products certainly do and will .......both are being marketed at rapid pace.......the nett result of seriously good news will be very dramatic ! ........I say this in no way to pump the share rather just to make investors aware........C1 ..you will know this better than anyone.....................................

As I have been saying recently L J should not be in too much of hurry to RNS as we really need to have a detailed update inclusive of the TVM partnership,..... the pipeline timetable with full costs .....4 months trading for diamonds including last months new block.......the diamond partnership with detail.......and probably the most important the heavy sands minerals with license details......until we get this information I cannot see any sense to issuing another damp squib RNS....on a more positive note as LJ s last RNS states we are preparing mine at breakneck pace which suggests to me L J for one knows the deal is in the bag....................

Interesting post.......I don't read too much into figures having just opened .......what is important is the calibre of management and this is the best.......the companies declared aim is expansion of this sector.........it will take time to get the hospitality business back into top gear after such a long period of lockdown.... ........

Look across the pond all the pointers are there for a massive upturn in US and UK economies led largely by the effectiveness of the vaccine rollout.......the second half of the year should be good for mining companies not least Ironveld......anyone seeking to acquire partnership status within Ironveld could not pick a better time to go,,,,,, I have little doubt this time we will fly which will be welcome news for all those war weiry veterans who have been here since concept......

No wonder !..........G C is a very good Poker player.........

B T ............yes ,not a record to be proud of ,largely the result of not replacing CEO Peter Cox early enough.........however we are where we are and we have Martin Eales our new CEO of Rainbow REM fame who nearly pulled off a deal late last year but didn’t stack up at the end.........we now have on going negotiations at an advanced stage and could be tied up shortly........discussions of this sort are extremely complex and time consuming......I have no doubt one way or another M E will take us to the promised land ......world markets and mineral prices are all at the right stage in the cycle......................

If the CEO of Nat West is to be believed and I believe him, the economy is set for UNPRECEDENTED economic growth in the second half of the year....he is not alone now with this opinion.....the nett result of this will be felt on all GC companies expeditiously......................
