With the increase of carat from 220 to 240 from the new block.and the permits having been obtained with the joint venture for production starting before end of march, we are now no longer a shell company. Further , the heavy mineral sands investment now currently going through parliament is expected to be expeditiously resolved creating a sea change in this SA venture....there is now close to zero chance of any dilution.....wake up everybody and get used to a profitable Kazera G !..........................

Yes , good to hear my kind of confidence!.....As I have made point before , all logic, graphs, slide rules go out the window at this level ......on game changing news greed takes over when the herd arrives........like night follows day it will happen here, the important point is to be on the train when it leaves the station.................

As we fall into diamond profitability very shortly and financing deal with third party participant at K Z about to be realised, I feel a rerate will follow.......the same can be said for Iron for there is no way this won't happen........just wanted to make sure you are comfortable with your present holdings. .....please feel free to tell me to MYOB but this is game changing.............

As possibly the biggest casualty of the Covid 19 shut down, it’s worth remembering what exactly the goals are and how quickly this side of the business could return to full profitability.......the business model for me is not too dissimilar to Richard Carings , the Ivy Group......Both targeting the luxury ,well presented ,affordable food in highly desirable areas........the Ivy group targets towns and cities whereas Barkby targets the Shires with chocolate box pubs and accommodation........Both were expanding fast till march 2020........Growth at the Ivy Gr. was 12 P A......Barkby no at eight well ahead of forecast, mostly ten year leases ,few free holds........I understand the board are still firmly committed to expansion once the climate permits.......My view here is this will be an excellent time to acquire leases from the bargain basement.........................

At months end we will have been four months of new discussions.........I have spoken about not coming to the market before the AGM stage so I’m very happy to wait.........Again we should remind ourselves that our CEO. Martin Eales was CEO of Rainbow R E M........ From a lowly single figure SP the share price has nudged 20p.......... I think it’s fair to say that after an eight year wait the announcement of a deal will be that spark.......It goes without saying for me that a deal will be achieved..........

Time and again L J has referred to it in his RNSs , I too have written about it here and I’m not sure many people understand just how ambitious L J is......There are a number here who still think that this is a tu-penny hapenny company with short term prospects.......I m talking about expansion and once again in this recent post LJ reminds us In his sum up.......The. Global in the name change was included for expansion worldwide......over the last five years of writing here I haven’t changed my views one jot ........I fully expect to see a rapid growth programme here once finance is in place........A top one hundred company is not out of the question............

Namibia is the 33 most democratic and safe country in the world.........should now be just a formality......As discussed before we have seen a diamond company brought into production in a few months when 1 year est......we will almost certainly see the pipeline completed in well under 1 year.......I don’t believe the diamond business will be a side show rather a major contributor to the coffers.......we have the partnership starting up by march 31st and the Heavy Mineral sands following no latter than end of June.......the latter having huge potential.......Ta at 40% purity and hugely higher prices paid by American offtakers under serious contracts more than offsets the 4 years needed by the 2 jorcs.......we are now poised to show just how good LJ is and for me I welcome the arrival soon of a more mature company.....................

I would not make any RNS announcements until I had a done deal ie at the AGM stage...........we have bought ourselves a 1 year window here and would not expect to see conclusion immediately.....having said that its now been three and half months since last update........GC and ME cannot afford to get this wrong.......the prize here remains glittering and boy won't we have earned it.....................................

Yes........I have visited back pre lock down . I did report back then......What is certain is the venues are all exceptional.......With Covid vaccine set to inoculate all adults by 31st July, reopening looks safe and profitable from then on.......I did know that take away was in place, I would have expected nothing less. ....Both C D and R F are both fully committed here and by definition are fully engaged......It’s worth reminding ourselves that the Dickson Family are no strangers to this genre of business......Both Yates Group PLC and Portland Hotel Group ........the former , a pub chain took 17 years before it went public and was sold in June 2004 for £93.0 million......likewise the latter obviously a hotel group in 14 years was sold off for 45million in August 2017.....C D was N.E director for 11 years........However, my one caveat here is this is probably one of the most difficult areas of business, up there with the Rag trade......but we have the best B of D in the business..................

Dennis Edmonds reported diamond production approaching levels where operation is self funding.....
Heavy Mineral Sands affected by Covid ,now sorted re mining and prospecting licence .Edmonds anticipates substantial profits which will fund both Diamond and Ta and Li production.......
Lastly...third party joint venture entered into on shared revenue....smart move..................

Poppyseed............note your lithium rationale with world prices rising rapidly largely due to the China effect......Rising prices too for Tantalum also are a major argument for a serious rerate especially with the advent of a major financing deal imminent......As I have pointed out many times before Lithium production will also have the major benefit of being mined for virtually no cost at all......Within the water separation plant Lithium being the lighter element floats to the top of the tank leaving Tantalum the heavier to fall to the bottom.........couple this massively increased LI price and very low LI production cost and we have a real winner here.............

It brings a smile to my face to see the impatient heading for the exit....the problem is when the turn comes and a deal announced the market will react accordingly.......why because this is a game changer for Kazera......don't be on the wrong side of the coin !...................

The wait will be worth it..!...........good to see my gem Barkby Group put out a really strong RNS this week........the market was really impressed, in difficult times......Charles Dickson is the best there is.........................

Hi C1............Yes , I have been very busy with my business and when I read your post I have very little to add to, which as always was put most cyncincly. Just wish I could find something in your posts that I could challenge but alas no......More broadly, the posts on this site are thin only matched by the share movements .
As you probably know I don't comment on forward share price generally other than in general terms and its fair to say that any forward game changing news will have a major impact.......keep well.....keep posting.......doing an excellent job....................

Yes .....South Africa has always been a difficult market.....For sure GC would fall on his sword rather than start another business there.......that said Kazera has moved into SA quickly and will be very profitable there.......I have great faith in Martin Eales, formally of Rainbow Rare Earths........He’s only been here for just over a year so a little more patience required.......................

We are now just over 3 months since a deal with IIG was put on hold. Discussions continue with other parties to reach that finance deal which will stacks up..... As I have always maintained GC and ME will pull this off....... A I have said before the time scale of 8 years is laughably long......................
