Ismalia…….yes you are right the mc is £30m …..I was looking at my notes six months ago when the price was 28 p and nudging mc £40m…..regarding the silence and news on both suitors I believe both companies now will only release RNS once the deals are completed…….as I have said May times the pandemic has hardly been helpful…..on both companies there has been four months or so of silence which would indicate to me that talks are continuing and are well advanced……I have always thought early autumn will reveal deals not least because it’s the end of the silly season…..we shall see ,I am very optimistic but then I always have been………………………..
DTN…….what I said was that I started posting 12 years ago and this was in Ironveld…..I concede that 10 years investment in Iron is far too long and this will change shortly…..LJ at Kazera Global has only been in charge since 2017 ,no time at all in mining terms…..Ismalia …. You and I have crossed swords many times at Barkby and through this you should of all people recognise the GC and LJ abilities…..When everyone at Sovereign had given up I stood alone saying that it would come right and so it did…..a 40 million pound company…….As I have alluded to many times I never talk about my investments potential in the public domain……………………….
F B …….I read with interest your posts and belief in L J to get the job done …make no mistake he has been frustrated to an unimaginable level by the Namibian government who are setting a very high level for both creditors financial status and their general track record. … As stated in RNS we have two suitors ,both it now seems to be up against the same hurdle…we are now awaiting the government green light. … I believe in the adage that if you don’t have anything to say ,don’t say anything at all…. While writing worth reiterating that both Ironveld and Kazera are inextricably linked mostly due to shared management…..worth investing there too. ….I remain as convinced as I was when my posting started 12 years ago that both companies will outperform and remain thus….As most will know I place all my investment decisions on the strength of the management which in this case is excellent………..
at the moment but make no mistake much is going on in the background. We have had many RNSs which when received were positive only to be reversed a few hours later. Put another way , I don’t want an average RNS ,I need the real thing . It needs to contain the HMS licence along with the finance deal for the TVM. For me nothing else will do.! For those with a nervous disposition this will arrive and calm a few nerves . We have a tandem scenario being played out with Ironveld. Both companies will shine soon and then perhaps we can return to more rational postings and those who are in a hurry to exit ,will be able to do so……………….
Good news…..the patient will be rewarded shortly….for those with ants in their pants should bow out and leave the arena…..all Giles Clarke companies are doing well but the African ones need more patience…..for those of a sceptical disposition there is no way any of his companies will go bust or get sold on…..it’s not in GCs mindset !………………….
The silly season from June till early September is rapidly approaching its end. This period of silliness is only exceeded by some of the posts I have read. For me no news is good news and if I were running the company I would be in no hurry to RNS during this very dull period. For those drawing stumps they have made their choice and I wish them well. For those who are patient the rewards will be good. Nothing has changed here but the time scale and this is only to be expected in this part of the world. Further patience is required ………….
I would again remind everybody that in part the fall back in share price is due to the silly season….This period engulfs May to September every year….we have the team…we have the products…we still have the time....this is very unlikely to end in tears ! ……………….
If one reflects back to pre licence days for Rainbow Rare Earth Minerals one cannot fail to forget just how long Martin Eales had to spend securing this deal….Like wise today at Ironveld the months roll by. … As at Rainbow the critics doubted whether this could happen!. …Martin will make this happen…..
S49…yes although I was aware of Luge it’s underlined the extra revenue that will be achieved here……..
We have two parties here firmly signed and committed to financing the TVM project . .the former we know is working in a much larger arena ,financing even larger projects….the government is understandably cautious with the quality of the money coming into Namibia….they are after all a young and relatively small mining country….checks are being carried out at the present time ….The Government is extremely zealous to conclude matters here……I expect results soon….I suspect the second investor is having to be checked again in compliance with Government dictat. Turning to diamonds I have little doubt that profitability has been obtained by new CEO Edmonds….News from Heavy Mineral Sands can’t be far away now….last we heard public notices being placed within community…………….
As I have said many times Martin Eales is a deal maker. He has been the only man to conclude a rare Earth mineral deal in Africa with Rainbow REM. Track record is all that counts with company top brass. It shouldn’t be long now !
Exactly describes what awaits us here when full mining starts at WHM…….We are indeed very close to issue of licence…..Looking more broadly, Ironveld and Kazera cannot be separated, both companies futures are inextricably linked like night follows day and both companies are as close as they ever have been to industrial life……Both as I have been saying for years now will bounce off each other as growth expands…very exiting time ahead now…! !………………….
But in this case makes sense……the dual CEOs squares here because effectively we could well have two extremely large businesses …the TVM which enough has already been said and the other the diamond and HM Sands project…..the latter here at public notice stage suggests very close to green lighting…..To suggest that the African project and the Namibian are some David and Goliath set up is way out…….whilst the diamond business is no Debeers there’s little doubt that it will make a significant contribution……no , the Stella performer is without doubt HM Sands ……few people seem to grasp this yet…..they will ! ….good to note project well received by local community, so important in oiling the wheels…..I would not normally advocate two CEOs , too many chief syndrome……in this case I do …the pace at which this company is about to expand we are going to need these two highly experienced able men……………….
FB. ……..As I have indicated to you and others many times both Kazera and Ironveld will come to fruition…….You have zero reason to doubt…… both companies are getting there now……
Generally a very good RNS…….Enjoy the ride !…………………
TJM.........I fully appreciate your frustration .....believe me LJ would release investor deal the very moment contracts were agreed.......he cannot give out information unless an agreement is watertight......for what it’s worth I believe the deal will be finalised with the current company and I quite expect to see this in the next couple of months........we’re see ! In comparison Ironveld is 10/11years and running.......be thankful with just 5........................
Never been more appropriate this stock market saying...! What should again be reiterated is that nothing absolutely nothing can in business be slower than African mining .......in this case a new country with limited financial experience.......on the up Namibia is the 34th safest democracy in the world........It should be kept in mind that we have the best grade TA in the world and much of it.....LI is the icing on the cake with being produced with minimum cost through water separation.....not to mention diamond and REM.....To say Larry Johnson was devastated by the delay in agreement on finance is a gross understatement ......nobody has more interest in rapping this up.......To those who do not see this deal concluding there wrong , it just won’t be in the timescale most wanted.........
