Very occasionally, particularly with shares ,do we get a CEO and products of such outstanding quality but here we have both! LJ, the executioner,laying out his strategy in little over a year and into production. Nothing short of a miracle in mining time scales ! Having read the latest accounts , for me the company name change is the key here namely GLOBAL. Only a man of LJ,s ability would be able to carry this out and this he certainly will do. As a footnote, it may be of interest, that SMA another GC company, currently in suspension and with due diligence for a rev takeover of Turf to Table retaurant, pub and hotel business looks very promising. A highly scaleable business with 5 year full maturity. Follows GCs other businesses namely multibagging and highly skilled management !

As I posted recently, GC disclosed at an agm and I have no reason to disbelieve him, that they have at least 20 years supply and much much more! L Johnson with 35 years experience was quoted saying it was one of the top three quality tantalum mines in the world. !

As the 21st approaches, it might be worth me reiterating my position. I was wrong footed by the Indian deal but console myself with the adage that no deal is better than a bad deal..I still believe a last minute deal will be struck not least because of the institutions invested here. The city will be watching how this plays out and reputation is everything. What I am certain about is the potential of any deal, it will have multi bagging potential run by the right people. Giles's mastery is as a deal maker and I'm sure this is what we shall see here! Good luck to all investors !

Responding to an RNS for reserves of tantalum , this was quoted by Giles Clarke at Press Conference Level not an RNS. One either believes Giles Clarke as I do or you don't,! Further, if you don't, move on to aim companies you do agree with!. With Aim companies you should always do your own research.p

Larry Johnson has tied up with our Top Global North American customer one of the best deals that could have been achieved and would have taken years for anyone else to access. This deal will almost certainly be carrying a high premium to market price. In order to get this deal the contract has a strict stringent confidentiality agreement for non disclosure of financial information along with the end suppliers name. To a very real extent johnsons hands are tied. However , next years accounts will show the broad picture. As another focus,it might be worth dwelling on Larry Johnsons words which I must say gave me a jolt. Speaking of Tantalum he said. " Nothing electronic would function without it in the world! ". We have this product by the shed load,at least 20 years supply conservatively.

As anyone who reads my posts will know ,I only concentrate on the quality of the directors as the companies at this level are too young to get reliable production figures. How anybody of Larry johnsons ability and experience cannot see what this man is going to bring to the table is beyond me. In just on one year he has moved mountains,done a complete 180 and given us a product second to none in quality tantalite. There are two milestones in January to come. First , another new end user customer. Second , 24 hour production. Both,he will achieve. I for one ,have no doubt that Larry will produce a global company here given time. I am an investor here not a dealer / speculator. Rome was not built in a day, give this exceptional man some support please.

have all been posting today. For me the late accounting is not an alarm bell,rather a welcome break to the rather mindless selling seen recently. The reality is as I stated before only a year old. Johnson replacing Hibberd in January 2017 was a complete U turn for the company and considering all the updates, it’s a near miracle ! When investing in foreign countries, this is as good as it gets certainly in Africa . There are so many pluses here. The most encouraging news for me is the 2,5 m in the bank especially after all the updating carried out. I decided this morning to purchase 50,000 shares on the logic that GC must know the finance deal is in place for who on earth would appoint a non exec to the company if it were about to derail ? I cannot understand why so many buys including the last two shown go down as sales? Any thoughts please. ............

With Giles Clarke not being able to complete a deal for SMA ,he will do more damage to his not unsubstantial reputation at a stroke than any other outside influence could inflict. He talks in terms of further acquisitions but time is short. He will need all his experience and expertise to pull a rabbit out of the hat. I still feel he may pull this off. Time alone will tell ! I stand to loose a substantial amount of money here but unlike S P ,I do see Kennedy V coming to the rescue.Good luck here all! Oh and back from grave Sarkozy with a human face ! Now there's something to behold!

Hi. Nowucit, your portfolio very similar to mine. The problem we have here is not GC and the team but the area of operation namely ,South Africa. The smaller amount of finance required for the middleberg furnaces is causing a real difficult ask. There was no hope for the 15mw furnace,hence the smaller operation to show the project is viable. I believe the rights financiers will appear and that will be the launch pad for this company. Regarding the English companies Majestic,Safestore and Petcity , these are impressive growth companies of GC. Iron veld should be put in the bottom drawer. As a caveat, I do like the look of SMA. The company has GC , Jeremy Sparrow Far East financier used to handling tens of millions of investment and Sir David Ord with 10 percent shareholding multimillionaire and donor to the Conservative party . Likely to be in th optical business it must return from suspension by Jan 2018. This will be very different to mining. With a growth rate of over 20 percent the profits should roll from day one. Might compensate for ironveld. Good luck!

I still believe that GC will finally get the finance package together not least because of his reputation and standing with the financial community. I have to say that this company has tested my faith to the absolute limit after nearly six years of investing here.

What would you have expected by one of the best mining brains in the business. This man will soon prove himself for all to see. The only missing ingredient is time!

Hi S.P. Totally agree with timing. Every company GC has been involved in has been a multi bagger potential.This is such an exciting company with the shareholders and directors that are here. As I have said before , five years will see a really large business. I see this as a cash generative from the whistle. Dilution remains my main concern not missing the January deadline.

10.11.2017 We are very close now and feel this side of Christmas is the most likely outcome for an announcement . As I have said before this share looks very exciting and only slight caveat to this is dilution but with Tracarta building large stake this suggests low dilution.

Giles Clarke serial entrepreneur,proven ability. Jeremy Sparrow,far east financier with a track record of arranging 10s of billions of finance ! Couple this with GCs British companies successes and we have great future head. Perfect !

New trading company,new Indian CEO , fully financed business and new company name. I would expect to definitely see this in santas delivery !
