Findingtheta. I was waiting for the MM to spring a tree shake on us, but I can't see that happening now.

I've gotten enough invested here to be getting on with. I'm not buying unless the MM tries to pull a fast one.

SMiller. In the one UFO interview I watched of Rod, he gave me the impression that he'd been forced into making it and didn't much care for UFO. I assumed that his attitude was down to his wanting to crack-on with PGE production and feeling frustrated by having to bring the iron DSO to market first.

Assuming that stokey is correct that the lawyers have now received copies of the JR judgement, and he often is. There can be no major price swings until the 31st.

Because should the MM pull a stunt, somebody, just like me, will write to the lads at Thames House asking them to investigate!

BeanCounting. I was expecting a 6p Placing, if the BoD didn't hold out until Spud, when I assume they can get between 12p-16p.

IMO we won't see a Placing for a few weeks yet. Not until the share price hits at least 14p.

That said, I'll repeat my main point:

We, the humble PIs have been in the most fortunate position of knowing price-sensitive information at the same time, if not before the TR1s, totally reversing usual AIM trading model. On the 31st, we will receive a JR judgement at the same time as the TR1s.

Given the right result we stand to make a killing!!!

Methinks that MM now has a problem. They drop the price significantly and we are likely to buy. I'm pretty confident that they don't want us to do that!

You see, this share is unusual in that much of the price-sensitive data has been in the public domain. I mean, there is no drill outcome data that is made known to TR1s before PIs. Although, we have to thank stockie and Chris for sharing what their tenacity and keen eyes have discovered. Without their comments we wouldn't be up on the Big Boys!

Anyways, it's going to be interesting. Might the MM back-off, rather than allow me, and plenty other PIs, to purchase some highly discounted shares!

Broomtree. My take is that powerful people are trying their best to get us to sell our shares cheaply. So, yes 6p today, tomorrow, Tuesday, etc, is possible - culminating with quantum leap's to £1.20 should the JR break the damn.

I would have thought it was in the interests of ALL LTHs to encourage their fellow Harlonians to weather the coming storm?

Hi TDF. It never ceases to amazes me how some posters seem to luxuriate in an ever-falling share price. I might have spent a good few weeks harping on about a possible MBO, but I sure wasn't looking forward to the possibility.

Broomtree. As I've said many times. People with money, power, and influence - don't forgot the newspaper articles - brought us down here. Something is going to give. I'm hoping it's the JR decision. But whatever the cause, boom time should be just around the corner!

Tacet. Not sure that I agree. As for Max's "fooling me"? I'll admit to allowing myself to be influenced by a few commentators, spread over numerous message boards, but Max hasn't been one of them. The reason? He comments too often and doesn't give the impression of having a technical understanding of minerals exploration!

That said, even those who appear to walk the walk have been proven wrong by the judgement of the diamond drill bit.
