Hi Max. I know that you are under attack from all sides. But how about concentrating on UFO, rather than attacking other share holders who, IMO, have a legitimate reason to be more than a little upset by the recent Placing?

LW. For what it's worth l, the pattern you describe will be fresh in the memory of UFO holders, of which I'm one.

The concern with funding surely arises from payment terms for the drill.

My hope is that the BoD are so confident of success that they have deferred payment installments until after we strike liquid gold.

I'll accept that this comment might be construed as de-ramping, but I can't see the Herd taking the blindest bit of notice of what I say.

Methinks people are holding off investing as they are expecting a Placing. They are going to be gutted if the Placing doesn't materialize and the Herd jump-in first!

I'm still expecting the share price to double in short order. Might we need to wait another week?

I wasn't expecting much movement in the share price before mid September but am glad to have been proved wrong. Although, I'm still awaiting the quantum leap to £1.20p.

It looks like it's decision time for the finance boys in Ethiopia. Will they or won't they sign on the dotted line?

Max has likely commented here in good faith. There are others who post as often as he does on other share boards, e.g. Rob on KEFI.

We are in the doldrums and it certainly feels like the BoD might be stealing our money, but nobody can blame Max for that.

Ultimately, we are awaiting access to open-pit mining that has the potential to turn us into a £250Million, plus, producer. I'm assuming that Max will still be here when/if that happens. And if it does, few LTHs will be questioning his faith!

DC55. Yesterday morning Magnum.PI commented that a Placing was on the cards and that from recent high selling it was was possible that Rod sold the bulk of his shares over the last five, or so, trading days.

Methinks that Magnum.PI might have called both correctly.

As for our lack of Comms. The excuse was that there would be no progress to report until Q3 2023. Well, we are here now, and things have started less than well.

Peanutty. Let's hope that you are right about the knac approval not being rejected and the approval being drawn out by some flora and fauna box ticking!

That said, I still can't see why we needed the Placing at 0.2p.

The_Bishop. My message to you was made before the RNS. I made it because I was glad you had been keeping the share price up. I wouldn't have made the comment if I knew what was coming.

A Placing before the KNAC is a right royal mess for us PIs. Somehow it serves the purposes of the people calling the shots.

Just to add that a Placing post KNAC approval should have been made at 0.8p whereas doing it today resulted in 0.2p

Is this good business? You tell me.

I ask because the Native Title Agreement application must surely have been rejected to force a Placing now.
