10% total dilution on current capital if all warrants are eventually executed. I would like to say at least it is with an institutional shareholder rather than individual traders who will immediately dump them but as they are not saying who it is, I will not get optimistic just yet.

We all knew it was coming. The alternative doesn't bear thinking about. The question is will it finally be used to add value for shareholders or just squandered on a flurry of extra tests that go nowhere in the end?

I can only imagine that you are communicating to us across dimensions from a parallel universe where Nuformix is actually doing well. All I see here is it bouncing off 0.3p for the last heavens knows how many months.

As for bullish charts, I haven't seen anything bullish with regards to price action since 2019.

If that was actually DG talking to the Telegram traders then you have to wonder why approach them as well as release the video.

Are they plotting to raise via another Brindley style discounted share giveaway to day traders who will flog them the very moment they hit the exchange?

The dilution at these levels would be disastrous.

Let's hope the follow up tests confirm the same then.

How reliable is the model they are using? Is it used by the large pharmaceuticals or is it new?

Additional points to note:

NXP002 on it's own only halted progression while NXP002 in combination with standard of care showed signs of reversal. Does that mean that the 2 standard of care drugs only halt progression too? If they have not shown any signs of reversal alone or together in the past then that sounds incredibly significant. If they have then it's relevance is questionable.

Although he talked about needing tissue from 3 more subjects, nothing was said about the availability of that tissue. Is that a sign that they don't yet have them? That's a big milestone and I reckon he would have said something if it was already achieved.

There was no mention of funding at all. If they had funds wouldn't they be keen to reassure that it was all in hand?
He did talk about doing this over coming weeks and months though. Hopefully that isn't misleading and means they have the bottlenecks covered.

...and they'll probably get themselves a valuation of £500m to boot!

Judging by today's poor show I gather that Dr Feelgood/John Culshaw or whoever it was impersonating DG on Telegram last night didn't get too many bites.

Perhaps Yaxley & Brown tuned in for a sniff though. Maybe that's what the fundraising is all about. If they can raise a cheeky 50k they might be able to bag NXP002 from us....and stick it on the shelf next to NXP001 :0)

Exactly what was said? If it was something along the lines of "it is definitely coming" then I'm pretty certain it will not be DG. He would not be so foolish.

It's also highly dubious for a director to communicate anything to a private group of individuals that is not available to all shareholders. He'd do a proactive instead.

..but when it comes to down to it, you can't say they're not consistent.

It would be deceptive of them to say that testing will be 'quick' to undertake if they haven't yet secured what they need for the trials

It would be interesting to know what percentage actually turn away from SoC treatment overall. I've read online that for some trials it can be 25% or more.

Not linked to us directly but if there is any real prospect of NXP004 adding value through patent protection in the long run then there may be added incentive for AZ to look more closely.

More tests required now though. How long is quick and do we have the budget to cover them with the Lanstead money? Will they definitely be in a position for BD after these tests are completed or will it be another false summit?

On a separate note Olaparib seems to be getting some positive media today in relation to combined therapy for prostate cancer. I wonder how things are going with NXP004?

I fail to see how the deal with Oxilio has in anyway benefitted Nuformix shareholders.

The milestones/royalties, as paltry as they are, should have helped us to progress the other assets but we seem as far away as ever from receiving anything. How much have we actually received so far, 50k?!

They should never have been granted a license without a get-out clause in the event that they ended up not progressing it. Now we are unable to license it to others or do anything with it ourselves.

At this rate, the only ones who will benefit from it are the ones lucky enough to have bagged themselves some Oxilio shares, most likely long after Nuformix has disappeared.
