Not sure if its a browser or website issue. It would seem like an odd move if you're trying to drum up interest from partners or investors.

Surely it's very unlikely that AZ are unaware of it, especially if it could be acquired by a competitor, thereby denying them any patent extension.

An announcement that they've actually got an auditor would be a good start. I'm not sure how likely you are to attract new businesses partners as a plc without one.

If Oxilio's immediate focus is exclusively on the Trx partnership, I wonder if the other chaps at TRx feel slightly left out that they didn't get a bundle of Oxilio shares for their involvement, like DG.

I always thought OXL001 was a reformulation of NXP001. If it's actually OXL002 then what existing drug is OXL001 a reformulation of?

I thought all the TRx work was on delivery mechanisms for partner drugs rather than any drug they had developed themselves. Is that incorrect?

Actually, she didn't. The RNS on 6 April 2021 was just an adjustment based on the dilution of the placing, not an acquisition.

I think Jo may actually have a bought a few shares in Brindleys great discounted giveaway. I'd have to check back on the RNS's to confirm

Same deal there I expect...except she doesn't yet have shares in Oxilio.

Let's remember that those holdings are still significant and therefore have always carried influence with whoever leads the BoD at the time, so I'm not surprised they haven't sold.
