There's much better and faster investments than this. Over 4 years some have held 7 8p to 1.7p, little comms, opaque accounts, little performance targets, expenses rise by over £1mil.........well run?.......u decide

Well the original RNS stated by 2025.......which gives the impression its done in 2024.

However I believe in the latest results RNS the wording was different opening up 2025 .

No timescales or target turnover, profit figures were given either so holding the BOD to account for performance delivery or assessing the potential of an investment here is interesting.

As we already know their comms are not the best unless they need the price up temporarily to dilute and raise cash. Otherwise it virtually radio silence.

I think these were 7 or 8p c4 years ago? And now c1.75p

At least this shows Steve has no idea ......no to be trusted.

Only another 1.3bil AUM of the 2bil target for 2025 to get or put another way more than 2000 x the available cash to buy that by 2025..........c 1.5 months left of the original promise.

What's needed is a planned programme of promoting the company with investors, markets and potential buyers WHEN they've built the AUM and company to sell.

In the interim they need to focus on Clients Customers and selling their product streams.

Maybe registered investor updates via SM/ email and AGM?

RNS announcements on new products without anticipated numbers for annual profit and turnover are a waste.

Well if you've spoken to the BOD.......

Best see that in a written release, with respect we don't know you and theres nothing the BOD or the company have releasedthat states that.

As for "well run"

The PR COMMS and PI relations has been appauling.

The accounts opaque

And consequently it's challenging at best to validate that well run statement, to see actual profit per product stream, to see 2024/25 2025 /26 targets per product stream and overall and thus hold the company and BOD accountable for performance.

And the RNS releases have not been particularly well written.

But let us see if all that changes,benefit of the doubt as they move forward.

They have the ability to issue up to 20% of the issued share capital

They've said in the last rns they are prepared to dilute if required and it adds value.

1.3bil is unlikely to be secured with just 8mil cash (c5.5m at the last accounts) even using the last acquisition ratios it a long way off. 1300 x cash is a stretch and I'm being generous.

Then where's the 1.3bil aum or 1300x their available cash? And the 20% extra shares above those already in issue....they can issue and at what price? Discounted to 1.6p 🫨 Another 100mil shares could be the next announcement and overhang🫨

Funding and acquisitions take quite some time. So if she is ploughing through paperwork its going to be quite a while b4 anything happens.
