Perhaps you can explain

1) Why GS etc have set up a number of new coS one of which is for mining?

2) why there were unusually several large sells weeks at low prices 900k 1.18p 600k 500k and many many more before the official RNS

3) why was the RNS so badly worded as you claim given this is supoed to be a high flying top team who know what they are doing and will have obviously taken PR and Comms as well as legal advice.

4) why TR1 holders have not been briefed after the RNS together if you are so important

5) why TR1 holders have paper lost so much and been unhappy allegedly with the companies actions progress and PR. Let's face it they've not made very good investment decisions.......5 years and substantial paper losses and now a delisting.

6) why the RNS contains more and typical weasel words and slippery statements.. They take little or no ownership for the poor shareholder value but instead attempt to blame others and the market.

Reality is their delivery has been poor.....so has their Comms SM etc. They've wiped 70% off the value in 1 move from an all time low. They've created uncertainty of relisting and wiggle room not to relist using such words as "expects" etc in their own RNS.s.

As for your fantasy feedback from an alledged phone call, well you've been wrong from day 1 and lost 1000s. You've been accused of misleading others into investing here who have or are losing on paper badly.

You should formally apologise on this thread and hang your head in shame admitting so far you've got it wrong and are sitting on paper losses....lots of them.

I can understand your frustration Bluepanther but i remain optimistic that the long wait will be worthwhile.

All I am interested in is seeing a decent return on my investment with ALGW which will happen in the near future

I too am frustrated about the lack of news but there has clearly been a big increase in the AUM over the last few months and I believe in the business model so I am happy to wait.

I was unaware that Hargreaves Lansdown had such a large stake in the company.

Your losses must be proportionally large given you've been in here for a good while.

Strangely you are also going the mining route, like GS with most shareholders early investment it seems.

If only all the small shareholders got together now to co fund and pre prepare the legal challenge against the board taking the matter early to the FCA to expose what they believe is likely to transpire and to provide the audit trail evidence. That might just force the issue.......certainly nothing to lose and everything to gain.

GS has prior form with companies......as posters have highlighted.

Insiders we're obviously tipped off hence the contant stream of reasonably large but not questionable sales at c1.2p 900k 500k etc

I look at the people their words and their action and then make a call.

You need to do the same with this one.

You either trust GS and the Board see they've done what they promised or you don't and act accordingly.

If you want to know the real story behind the delisting RNS, you must first ask yourself why Gobind Sahney and Jason Sutherland have incorporated a new private company in UK in the past few days, called, wait for it: “AUM INVEST LTD”, supposedly for “07290 - Mining of other non-ferrous metal ores”

So, he’s now a miner, eh? Mining bank accounts? And he officially resides in Bermuda, not San Diego anymore.

That’s where the mythical 2Bn AUM is headed for by deed of assignment from Alpha Growth. Alpha will be liquidated, and the new entity will write a prospectus say it has all this AUM and apply for a new listing as a “commercial company”. Shareholders in Alpha wiped out.

So, it’s true that GS intends to relist, but you guys will have to pay up all over again to join his bandwagon to become millionaires.

Then you must ask yourself why GS and JS are holed up as directors in the same registered office as VANQUISH ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD, another vehicle for “64205 - Activities of financial services holding companies”.

No Auditors appointed several months after

Old Auditors terminated their contract with ALGW not the other way around.

They recorded on file as public record why they did that.

The 2bil AUM promised by 2025 5 years later in only c30% or c700k

Theres on 9 months left to deliver the 70% AUM of 1.3 bil

The company are silent, their PR SM IR COMMS is appauling

GS has very little personal equity in ALGW c1% does have company priced options to be balanced.

Apparently appointing Auditors is easy according to various rampers.....if it is why is now mid March and nada?

Look at the 5 year share chart that tells you the truth and reality.
