As a shareholder I want to see that change where their incentives are proportionate and aligned to our own. The hard bit is How we make that happen?

Copper is high and likely to go higher that set out but any lists that spend their careers doing such things.

The same applies to consumables like acid reagents etc.

The important aspects are what are the projected copper outputs for 2026 now? What are the costs pmt now after the recent commissioned improvements?

What's the likely cost reduction pmt of the Molefe changes/improvements (combining pits 2 and 3 etc)

That will give you a balanced picture.

Until then its all hot air and distraction

Thanks makes complete sense and the right things to do. Like you I have a position already and have added extra on the recent dip.

You asked what might be included in the June presentation

1) phase 2 drill lab results if they are available

2) Latest progress on combining the pits 2 and 3 time frame for completion and the anticipated benefits to economies and copper output

3) Longer term plan for Molefe against a high level timeline ,likely investment requirements and funding strategy.

4) LWP update.....even if that's delayed awaiting for x y and z which is likely to be in x time

5) Sables maximisation and expansion programme. again time line and costs and how its going to be financed (SA and copper CFL)

6) Copper and profit output projections to Dec 2026.

Just early thoughts

@junior strategy has to be shaped by drill and lab results oxides v sulphides and depths.

Minimising transport costs and timeframes and ensuring products that are transported are as close to a finished state is also going to be an interesting numbers puzzle.

What is Sables current throughput and maximum capacity throughput prior to any upgrade ( what's the headroom?)

When is the sable upgrade due to be completed? How is that progressing and what will that enable in capacity uplift? I assume that's already funded and allocated? Its hard to see that in the last set of accounts.

Cashflow can only come from Roan and Sable until and unless there's capital investment at Molefe for processing right?

So given the copper output numbers presented to date the costs are likely to be well beyond cashflow significantly i would suggest. Opex and Capex.

The SA receipts will obviously help.

@junior makes complete sense and totally logical. They cannot control items beyond their control so long as they control the controllable efficiencies should improve and all being equal cost pmt drop.

This poster thinks otherwise re Molefe. Presumably because of the potential for the seam to extend requiring new site purchases and or the subsequent mining costs? Not bad news and will require investment.

All we will receive is a drilling results from phase 2 before the presentation.

Those results will be used to ask us to support a share issue for mining cost and the JORC.

So what you seem to be suggesting and I may be wrong? Is because of the results of drill 2 they might dilute existing shareholders in order to raise cash to buy more land if that molefe seam runs beyond the land they own?

If deeper sulphides not oxides start dominating the results then capex and complexity will increase and that would also require substantially more cash.

Maybe you meant both? Hence the issuing of more shares?

Why would they need to raise cash for a Jorc and the mining cost is a GLD partnership. That should all be funded on the JLP side from SA sale cash receipts and operating cashfkow.

As for the LWP are you saying the purchasing partner are late with providing contractual processing results that they will have to pay compensation?

Doesn't quite add up except drill 2 results in June July.

There will be no Molefe Jorc until Dec 26 at the earliest.

Not sure why they cannot update on the LWP?

Leon is an asset. The problem is the performance management of the CEO ( who is doing that?)and alignment of salaries and bonuses to copper output and company profits.

His knowledge and skill set in this space is vast.

Nice flurry of buys again....smart people in my opinion.

I'm hoping Leon is getting the numbers back up now the rains have gone and some of the new improvements are online.

Keen to hear where they are with the LWP. What were the results of the operational processing by the buyer as per the sale agreement?

What are the next actions by who and in what rough time frames.

Be good to see how bit of this exciting jigsaw fit together.

Look by all account Leon got the shares to 22p and sold the chrome business for around 95m plus debt loan liabilities.

The copper growth % have despite the rains war etc etc improved noticably.

As you say Kalan its now the dry period and part way through molefe drill 2 and strip back with the new water circuit ramping to 100% and potentially some feedback on the LWP trial with the partner Purchaser.

Jlp still have regular cash flowing in. We were told BE is around 3500 to 4500mtpa and they cannot be that far away from that.

I would imagine 3 to 6 months and that should be achieved.

I agree below 3p is a buy price not a sell point.

I don't think that is healthy personally nor beneficial for anyone genuinely wanting to know how this company which has real promise is actually doing.

Lots of buys at 3p but not moving hopefully the seller isn't still off loading into the stream of smaller buys? Should show up later in the day if that is was the case.

So instead ive stupidly bought more at around 2.8p.
