Cooklin left in Sept 2025. Share price was around 120p.

From the RNSs he has obviously been the seller over the last 9 months.

We call now see the picture very clearly. His selling is THE reason the share is at an all time low today of 38p.

HERE IS OPPORTUNITY:

1. He is now down to a tiny fraction of his shareholding.

2. In situations like this it very common for an opportunist fund to take a founder out in a single block trade. Why? Because as soon as Cooklin disappears as a seller, like a tightly coiled spring, the share price will massively re-bound back up to 120p (or close). A 300% UPSIDE PURELY BECAUSE THE INTENSE SELLING PRESSURE IS REMOVED, after a long 9 month sale program.

Look at the market cap: just £16m. That is the level of just one year of their bottom line, net cash generation from completed cases….

This is an insane arb opportunity.

I still haven’t yet got my SSIC (C Shares) in a tradeable form in my Hargreaves Lansdown account.

So the very obvious trade to literally print free money (I think at least for 9 months) is not yet in play…should begin today/tomorrow if HL and the other useless platforms get their act together:

This morning (12 May) there is a massive arb play. C Shares SSIC for SSIT.

I don’t need to really point this out. There have been many smart posts on this already.

We are 18 months away from a mandatory conversion. But that is a very long time, particularly in the Space Venture Cap world.

Short SSIT. Long SSIC.

The SSIT C Share subscription is by far the largest in the Investment Trust sector since 2023.

Bubbling up nicely. I agree - feels like we are now very close up the big announcement confirming full funding. Very, very exciting and congratulations to all long term holders and the excellent contributors here.

Glad I did a wee top up at 295p. Certainly helps my average.

Absolutely delighted that I have been allocated my full £75,000 subscription of C Shares.

This has just been confirmed via an email from Hargreaves Lansdown.

PS: in the RNS today, it was great to see that an institution had made a very large direct investment in the C Shares. Very positive indeed.

Love that they have multiple new investments lined up for the new C Share funds, and all leaders in their fields.

I suspect there will now be a period of premium expansion to NAV in the C Shares and I think it inevitable (in the short term) that the SSIT premium is likely to contract, at least relatively.

As we get closer to conversion of C shares into Ordinarys, I expect that to normalise or reverse (critically depending upon the relative performance of SSIC’s and SSIT’s NAVs from now until conversion). For conversion it is the NAVs that matter. Not the relative share prices. Thats really important to understand.

This is certainly NOT Cedric’s fault.
