Consequently, the board and advisors have to be particularly careful with any public statements whatsoever and be very mindful of whatever they say being misconstrued.

This is why this statement is rather bland. It simply cannot be otherwise.

If you don’t understand the very strict and ahe old rules within which the company is now surrounded, I would strongly advise that you do look into these, to understand they rather unique parameters within which the company is operating now, from a city PR and IR perspective.

It is because of the above that the misinformed share price reduction today presents a very fine opportunity to add shares. As I have already done so this morning.

Finally - it now very much looks like the seller has cleared. Up 7% today, with ease.

This should now trade strongly back up to 100-120p range now.

Tightly held stock (low free float) so when this one goes up, it flies ! 🚀

Not pretty. I hope sustained organic cash generation can be achieved before the next refinancing falls due. Unfortunately it must be incredibly difficult to forecast cash inflow in the litigation funding industry. Just so lumpy 😔

@Meconopsis: they state that they only revalue on significant events (eg fundraising, IPO, sale etc). Not regular monthly or quarterly internal guesstimates.

That makes sense to me as a truer mark to third party transactions rather than management marking their own homework.

Also a new investor here.
