I think if the 'delay' was by the end user, they should not get their deposit back, that works in every transactions, so why not here?

RR should only return that deposit if the delay was RR's fault otherwise give them a 'store credit'.

Not sure why this would impact RR. I mean, a US company using a US made engines is not exactly earth shattering surprise. Especially in this current 'me first' environment being pushed by the Mango Mussolini or they will face embargoes and sanctions.

This will spread. Europe is running out of money, they are spending more than they gain. The plunders and wealth of colonial past are running dry, now what?

Yeah, looks like the Dutch are running out of money. Good way to stop people investing. But is this only half of the story? I assume losses will get carried over into next financial year.

Regarding the RNS, that is issued for the previous day, seems like (as of now) they never purchased more shares yesterday, will see if they issue an RNS regarding any purchases from today. May yesterday's price spike caught them off guard?
