I want to put some numbers in perspective

As many know, the ‘Michael Caine’ post put into plain English the content of the RNS of 18 March 2021

Nothing was added ...nothing taken away

The RNS was staggering
but it was ‘info dense’ and imo that made it hard to commit to memory...many simply glazed over
(as many did when the 6 JULY 2021 RNS came out...they failed to 'get it')

So Michael Caine saw the light of day

At the time of that RNS and post, there were 257m shares in issue

The comparable figure today is 304,446,267 shares
Call it 305m

So the shares in issue have increased by about 18.67%

Now MC showed that ...based on the Company’s own RNSs ..
gross recoverable prospective resources were worth 1.51p PER SHARE ...

Per BCF!

That is diluted already ...
IE it is for the 75% field equity nett of ONHYM ...
but gross of tax etc

That 1.51p needs to be reduced to allow for the 18.67% subsequent increase in shares in issue

So let’s say that 1.51 p is now down to 1.27p per BCF

MC contained many caveats and you need to re-read it please ...to refresh memories

BUT here is THE thing:

That is 1.27p per share per BCF of gross recoverable prospective resources

The numbers have changed a bit since then...not just re shares in issue!
The gas price assumptions then are looking weak knee’d now

But let’s just stay at 1.27p

Does anyone want to do the math?

At 1.823TCF (the original high case numbers in the then quoted RNSs) this now equates to over £ 23 per share

MC then explained various deductions before arriving at more conservative figures

Anyone here can place that 1.823 TCF in scale ...

next to what is now being mooted this evening

CLUE : it is over 1 whole ‘’Order of Magnitude’ away

I am not saying this evening if that figure might be wrong or right...

and the geology is far from straightforward

But it remains clear to me that folk have not got their heads around this...

not even remotely near

Something like £10,000 of buys and £9,000 of sells on Friday = 5% up. I wonder how many will be brought tomorrow? Not fussed but it’ll be interesting to see I think ;)))

The cpr on mou-1 alone valued us at around £1 per share, something like that anyway. That was with much lower prices. Of course we have to leave meat on the bone and I’m sure we will. No-one would like to say things out loud because it’s unbelievable. All going well (pun intended, lol) within the next 6 months or so, all drilled and tested, £1, no chance. Put a naught on the end of it. If Jv options are realised and sold within 6 months, let’s say no more. Oh, T+T, Ireland, let’s just whisper this post for a little while.

That would be nice for morale Mem.

Not a day goes past where I don’t think of those relevant things. To me it says you wait until the value has been created and realised to make the big money. As you say, when that happens the board makes money and so do we. I’m not saying that if my portfolio goes up dramatically I’ll have the “balls” to hold all of them, we’ll have to see won’t we. Second of all it tells me that there are multi billion pound companies that could potentially have a lot less than prd hold in Morocco. What does that do to a market cap of 20 odd million, brain exploding tbh. Of course they know what they have, you don’t throw money in like Lonny when you can acquire cheaper. You don’t leave a company for another, you don’t get options that vest after 6 months and you don’t potentially put yourself in a position of having to sell your shares on the open market for a massive loss. Unless, you have been acquired for your knowledge, connections, work ethic, morales and principles to be part of and deliver one of the biggest upsides to a company we’ll ever be part of. Legacy’s will be left after this for all that believe, hold and deliver.

175 operating lng vessels with 200 on order. That’s a pretty big shift in terms of the way lng is coming together.

Ahh yes, a great reminder. He did say this winter however that was a couple of months ago now. I’d imagine they’d be a lot of paper work involved with that so we’ll have to see.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, the floating storage unit. I haven’t done much reading with regards to ireland tbh, perhaps I should whilst there may be a little lull before Morocco news. I’ve always assumed it’ll get kicked down the road a little longer.

Let’s say we did get the go ahead from Ireland. What are the time frames for the storage unit being built and getting gas in it? Would it come in time for winter?

I bet you’re glad you listened and he was around to share his knowledge. Do you think for one second anyone should question the bloke and tell people he is full of guff? When people are spouting rubbish and telling people not to listen you have to ask yourself a question. The guy has a proven track beyond anyone you will find. Got lucky with one? Really? Do yourself a favour and properly research the track record and predictions. I wasn’t going to post because I really can’t be bothered with it tbh. I’m just a glorified builder but I know how things work. I need to decipher who’s research I listen too with certain aspects because I just don’t know. I’m sure others do as well so it’s important to stand tall when you know something is wrong. I’m just hoping he can do it one more time. Tbh, if this prediction is right it would nearly be unbelievable how someone can be so good when nearly all fail. I’m not saying anymore on it and agree harmony is the way forward.

Not all having a go at you. If I have something to say directly to somebody I make sure I address my post to them. People can do as they wish, no problems with that all and why should I. I don’t see the need to address how many shares I have or when I intend to buy and sell. In this case of transparency, one would say they were selling down if they thought it was for the good others. As apposed to selling down then releasing that information. If let’s say people followed you and respected your opinions, they would of been buying your shares because you were promoting they should. This could result in them holding your shares at a higher price whilst you’re getting out of the back door. Then the post comes of I’ve sold down what’s wrong with that. Each to their own and everything always comes out in the wash. In terms of nonsense, it’s clear to see what is and isn’t.
