That would coincide very well (pardon the pun) with this extract from the recent operations update.

MOU-4 and MOU-5 will APPRAISE the gas-supported seismic amplitude anomaly SUCCESSFULLY penetrated by the MOU-1 well drilled in 2021. Geological interpretation of this feature integrating seismic, well and surface outcrop data supports the development of an over-pressured Tortonian submarine fan system covering at least 30km². MOU-4 and MOU-5 will target ”SWEET SPOTS” where seismic character, basin position and geological interpretation support the potential development of a thick reservoir sequence analogous to the gas-bearing sequences penetrated in the offshore wells Anchois-1 and Anchois-2. This is interpreted by the Company to be in the SAME petroleum system as was proven by the MOU-1 well results in the Guercif Basin. Each well will be drilled to a provisional depth of 1,500 metres TVD KB with the primary target expected to be penetrated between 1,150 and 1,350 meters TVD KB. MOU-1 took 12 days to reach the proposed total depths for MOU-4 and MOU-5.

Why have they done this?

Analysis of the MOU-1 well cuttings has begun with the laboratory work being carried out by Petrostrat (biostratigraphy, sequence stratigraphy and QEMSCAN), Rockwash (sedimentology) and APT (geochemical source rock and maturity analysis). The purposes of these studies is to RE-AFFIRM and REFINE the intervals to be perforated in the rigless testing programme for MOU-1 and potentially to add additional shallower sands.

I feel rude talking about someone in the third person when I’m sure this will all be read. I’m not going to surmise over anything or make any assumptions. If you look at the track record it speaks for itself and of course we are all wrong at times. Would the outcome of this look brighter with or without someone’s belief in this with such a track record? People can’t focus on one particular thing, nor is it fair for anyone else to be responsible for any investment choice. Gathering all the info together it builds a great picture imo. We’re are clearly in talks and awaiting the outcome. Yes it could be fantastic and yes it could be not the outcome we all want. Some will not be around at the end which is clearly proving the case. This moves quickly on low volume as the amount of shares is small and I’d guess around half of them are in sticky hands. I for one appreciate the communication from everyone especially grh, who tbh could sit there and not care a less what anyone else does. I suspect he does because he enjoys it and likes to share his knowledge, like many others. Balanced opinions are important and risks are fairly clear. Decorum I’m afraid is essential.

Sorry, I have been away from the board for a few hours. Anyone want to have a stab at the answer or what they think that could mean? Shall we Chuck another question out there? Why would we even be talking to any candidates let alone trimming it down to two preferred candidates and then to one? Based upon, as some have called it, one failed drill? I’m my short experience in this industry I haven’t seen many deals even discussed based upon one drill, let alone options to buy the companies assets within 6 months after drilling and testing is completed. Of course this could fall flat on its face as many do. I have a few more questions so when we have discussed these two we’ll move on. Feel free to ignore them of course, very nice here as well.

Why would a ceo purchase £50k worth of shares when he has over 7 million next month at a much lower price?

It has all been predicted before. Go back through his posts and it’ll be in black and white.

Thing that matters is whether or not there is oil and gas within the licence. We have a few people that have a lifetime of knowledge and connections involved here that believe it is. We have the potential for enormous upside due to the number of shares in issue and the geology of the licence, amongst so many other things. We have a drilling and testing program that will happen, so we will find out soon enough. How or when that happens is still in the balance, although I believe we will have a Jv soon enough for some and not soon enough for others. Ireland and T+T are back ups for me. Re-read the last operational update rns, I did yesterday and it reads better every time.

People needing money or not knowing what they hold

Maybe some heads might start reappearing from the ar**s they’ve been up for the last few years. I hope they do because people will suffer if they don’t.

It has been frustrating since the winter of 2021 really. We know what they have, they know what they have it’s just time now. We’ve seen great gains and people have been taking those gains because it’ll be July through to September ish for the real McCoy. I completely agree with both of you and patience will pay off. I understand your point PT. I have a lot invested in prd as I’m sure others do and it’s all relative. An update would be great but they have released what they can at the moment I believe. I have no experience with these deals as I’m sure 99% of this board hasn’t. I can’t wait for it to play out, hopefully not long now. I think we’ll be drilling/testing August/September. This 60 day period etc was a suggested period of time as I read it. We’re a coiled spring. Movement in sp based on a couple of k sell, what will happen when there is 100’s of thousands traded in a day? I can’t wait and fingers crossed.

Would they not be a situation where they have been allowed access to data etc? Therefore any dealings during this time would be considered insider trading? Just my thoughts but not worried about it tbh. I’m just getting the popcorn out as the board could be a good read today. Enjoy the sunshine and have a great weekend if I’m not back on today.

I also said that IF THIS PLAYS OUT THE WAY WE HOPE AND SHOULD! Not being pedantic. I understand that currently the risks are still at the forefront of peoples minds. The important thing is the fact that the oil and gas is there. The cpr backs this up along with other data acquired for the rest of the licence. That’s what I’m trying to focus on as apposed to seeing the sp slip back from recent highs. Just trying to keep the faith John.

Of course we do not know how this will play out yet. However, the cpr alone backs up the ridiculous current sp imo.

One thing is for sure. If this plays out as we hope and should, 8p is ridiculous
