I am a novice compared to some obviously.

I have had some bad stocks and some mildly decent ones.

The ones that were bad I sold out and licked my wounds.

Luckily I was able to play the game a bit, listen to some advice and come out ok.

However, they were bad stocks, sold, don’t post anymore and have moved on.

This one has more upside due to the multiple assets and very low risk of total loss, factoid!

Those that are here and are under water, don’t believe in the company etc and want out, what are you doing?

Slating left right and centre isn’t going to help.

If you want out, shut up, stay calm and sell when you think you minimised your loss.

This is business at the end of the day!

You don’t have to ramp, you don’t have to be positive, just shut the xxxx up, protect your money and move on.

Those that believe in their investment don’t need to hear half a dozen mummy’s boys argue complete bxxxxcks with each other all day long, it’s embarrassing tbh.

There are decent people posting each day and they list what they believe, their logic and understanding of current events.

All of which are known by NAME and known by many in the public.

They have more honour bxxls than those who hide, another factoid.

I haven’t and neither has Graham come out and said we think mou5 was a success in terms of what we expected.

Graham has given his thoughts and you should respect that with the integrity that it deserves.

I am merely saying this company isn’t a dead duck and we have options.

I care about decent people and my investment which is why some of us are putting ourselves forward for discussion even though we know there are people like you around who will make it hard.

I certainly think that is very likely to be part of the cng/fan talks imo.

I am sure Paul would do that but I think he wants some others that are involved to help him out a little in terms of exposure.

It is becoming clear imo that it’s all there but it’s where and when which I think has frustrated a lot of us.

As he said it’s time to take stock.

The unfortunate thing is that he has backed himself into a corner a little with the market and shareholders.

It is just how I am viewing things and one day if all these things are explained face to face or by any other means then of course I will know.

I am not disagreeing with that time frame at all.

I did put 18-14 months which was a mistake which I then changed to 18-24 months.

If you listen to Paul’s interview he pretty much says he doesn’t expect partner for some time to come, hence why I am not focused on that.

Nobody would come up with the terms that Paul’s deems enough for what he believes it is worth.

Covered this earlier on guys/girls or however you identify.

I have said he will concentrate on mou3/cng as he stated (low hanging fruit) and try and get some cash in the bank.

Either a raise after a successful shallow sands flow test 🤞🏻

Or use the cash we have along with Trinidad cash flow to do the 3d and then hopefully drill what should have been drilled at 5.

Or some sort of deal with let’s say AG for the fan/3 cng.

Outside chance of some chance money from Ireland.

I fear we have gone around in circles all day.

18-24 months from now to fulfill the 3d, ie The obligations that cannot be easily met.

If Paul drills again then yes perhaps a little beyond two years.

Sorry I thought what I said was reasonably clear.

I do not think Paul would or will let this completely go without at least one more drill.

Just to be super clear I am not focussed on a jv or what not.

I feel that things are being slightly twisted.

Part of my point that I made earlier.

With current cash and potential revenue from Trinidad we can probably meet these obligations, hence the July statement.

Another point was that he is not going to use this money for anything else unless he has guarantees, why would you.

So,

If you want this moving forward and you’re interested then time to show some money and help us out.

If not this will take another 18-14 months.

I’am not talking about someone giving us 100 million and Paul even said that, possible but don’t think so.

I am talking about 10-20 million for some sort of stake etc for the fan and cng concept.

We have messed certain things up but we have also progressed and the market can’t see that, fair enough.

I am not replying for the sake of the bold.

I am replying to posts that I believe are either wrong, need clarifying or to articulate my feelings that I believe to be true.

Many things have gone into what I currently think.

The name that pops up is irrelevant to me, I do not know these people!

Those that I do know are relevant to me because I can get a good idea of their knowledge and intentions.

From what we know, what has been released and what Paul has said my posts make logical sense to me personally.

I am not saying it is all correct and I am not saying this will be the way forward.

It is just what I think atm and for the sake of people wanting some discussion I am happy to ignore what I feel is irrelevant to me.

So,

Testing the shallow sands will probably mean we cannot then test the deeper sands due to safety amongst other things and maybe the state of the mud issue etc.

We could drill another well alongside 3 after now knowing the complexities of Mou 3 and test the lot.

This would take our current cash and then leave us with nothing moving forward.

If we have a period of time whereby we have to shoot 200skms of 3d we would be in a situation where we do not have anywhere enough time or money to do so, ahh big problem.

Perhaps a problem some might want us to have.

Paul has set a time frame of July which he will make a decision imo of how best to move forward.

I suspect he will spend a small amount of money to flow the shallow sands which would then generate cash/sale or most certainly improve the share price.

We do not know how the relationships are and we do not know the intentions of seemingly willing parties.

To say we have found no hydrocarbons is wrong.

No, we do not if they’re commercial volumes etc and we do not know potential flow rates etc.

What about the company stating in several occasions that they have hydrocarbon bearing sands etc?

What about the statement of we had over pressured gas coming into the well and we done well to save it?

We’re discussing what information we have to hand and piecing together this information as best we can.

We can all be wrong as can you which is part of discussions.

Normally you would plug and abandon wells if they were complete failures and you wouldn’t spend time and money casing them and putting well heads on.

Based upon that I think a lot of people will and do disagree with your statement, that is also fair enough I think.

Unless you have information we don’t then the rest of that discussion is probably not worth any more time so probably best to move on.

Mistakes have been made that is clear.

I don’t think anyone could in all honesty expect anything else.

I do wish we had used more tech instead of going off the old 2d and I suspect that may cost us on the back end.

It has certainly cost time and money thus far and I suspect that is where some of our major shareholders are a little frustrated.

Are they out and have they lost complete faith in decent returns?

My educated answer is no.

Obviously the plan was to hit a massive sweet spot and then get a major in to take the lot for what would be a lot of money.

I think Paul realises that maybe it is the time to take some decent money now, spend some time on Trinidad and Ireland if it comes to pass.

Perhaps not how we all envisaged this would happen but we can still make good gains here imo.

The plan has always been to sell Morocco and let someone else with deeper pockets etc take it over.

Paul’s job I believe and it fits in with what he has said recently was to de risk it all and prove it is an asset worth selling.

I believe he feels as though he has done that but the money (let’s say AG) has isn’t enough for all of it.

Chicken and egg scenario imo.

They don’t have enough to buy it all (Paul said no local entity has a few hundred million)

They wanted the fan for cng.

Paul needs money to carry on drilling, exploring and testing and it all takes time.

I think the sensible thing moving forward is to take some money for the fan and then we can carry on but it takes the stress and burden away from us.

They can then generate good income and further ramp up the cng over this time and might well be a position to take more of what we can find.

Paul no doubt would sell it all but the money isn’t there imo.

He has said that it would be too big for AG and he could well be right although I do not think 5 was particularly successful in terms of what he expected, a sweet spot.

All my opinion but that is what is making sense to me.

i have been thinking about how paul moves forward from here and came up with some thoughts last week, now seems a good time to post.

i posted on lse a few days ago that i believe the 4 million raise, although a **** up in terms of who it went to was actually to cover ourselves off.

he mentioned that when funding is there you should take it but i think he also knew that if it didn’t go well we’d be in a very weak position and essentially have no money and have to raise at 2p ish to move forward.

at this moment in time he has some options imo as he has let’s say £4 million in the bank.

he can get some revenue in this year from trinidad as well.

what the work obligations are i am not entirely sure but again i think he has some options and time.

he could use this money plus revenue to twin mou3 meaning he could then test the deeper sands and hopefully create good value as apposed to mou3 only being able to do the shallow sands.

i do not think we can test the shallows and then go back to the deeper but i could be wrong there.

he mentions about getting some cash in the bank so he could sell off the fan/3 to ag.

if he believes he has a lot more over the rest of the licence could letting the fan/3 go for a modest little amount mean we’re in the position to do whatever we want on our own.

i.e 3d and more drills which suits all involved and then further potential sale/s

i think entities should be done trying to take this off us for nothing.

i think paul has always had this in mind, i know i have.

i think from his interview he is saying it’s time for you lot to start putting some money up as i have done what i can and taken the burden.

morocco want this for themselves and that is fine but we need our/some money out of this as we have had the burden and pain.

if not fulfill our obligations and we can drag this on if you want.

as paul said “years ago majors would be all over this”

time to pay some money and get the cng up and running.

yes we need to flow and he believes it will however an agreement needs to be made.

we have not plugged and abandoned any of the wells so what does that tell you?

On this note regarding Paul having his hand forced.

Where would we be without the £4 million raise?

Probably with no money and our hand being very weak.

With the money in the bank and some potential money coming from Trinidad perhaps we’re in the position of fulfilling our commitments with the money we already have and the revenue to come.

Hence our hand is stronger because we can say “we can carry on for the time being thanks”

Listening back on Paul’s recent comments it certainly ties in with him saying “we have carried the burden and now we need some help/support”

I.e Show us your commitment otherwise we’ll peck away as we have been.

Hopefully that makes sense as it’s a bit on the fly.

This is an exploration company and guess what, we have to explore.

We do not know what on earth has gone on, what on earth we have or what on earth is going to actually happen here.

Yes, this whole thing is absolutely crazy!

The owner, onhym, ex employees and the world order we all are living in is very confusing.

We can blame anyone and every body but ultimately the blame lies in your own hands for any decisions you have made and the companies success and failures are at the door of the man that makes those decision.

This world is full of people that do not take responsibility for their own actions, decisions and consequences of those decisions.

People literally come up with whatever crap that could possibly make sense to get to the outcome they want in their mind.

I do not know what is to come but I will live with whatever I decide to do and I will not blame anyone for it.

I really do not care what anyone has to say regarding this post and I do not care for those that do not look at the part they are playing in this disgraceful dross.

I do not know grh all that well but I know him a damn site more than most on here by what is being posted, disgraceful!

He is a man of morals, principles, integrity and he is more of a man than 90% on here.

I don’t care too much for the nonsense of not being able to call a man a man and a woman a woman tbh.

I think a good plan was put forward and it wasn’t taken.

Fair enough.

Perhaps now it is time to put that plan into action.

We have enough money imo.

The next move will be pivotal and of course we do yet know the outcome of 5 just yet.
