What are your concerns with Chariot?

I strongly suspect that of course the company want to get on with things but they won’t do things they don’t want to and will wait if needs be.

Probably doesn’t suit traders and people who are sitting on losses of course which my intuition suggest you possibly are. Makes sense to me how your tact changes due to your emotions of wanting to get back in the green.

Jimmy I don’t believe we have raised three times for sand jetting, I believe sand jetting has been much more recent and talked about late last year.

Paul has also explained why mou1 hasn’t been tested yet and that it has actually worked out very well for us that we didn’t. It took a long time to understand the data from mou1 and now they feel sand jetting is the way forward and has worked out for the best for a number of reasons.

Claims of you fear that the board are stringing shareholders along for more dilution instead of cash flow is nonsense.

Paul is the biggest shareholder and beyond that he cares about real investors and the people that support him and the company. He will do what is best, what he can and what he is allowed to do.

You’re clearly a sensible and knowledgeable chap but it is becoming very clear what side of the fence you’re on.

Do you think that it is possible that we want operations to align together as much as possible. It has been discussed here before and for good reasons imo.

When we get posters coming in late in the day without having the understanding that lth’s have it does become tiring.

All for new investors and all for discussion but we clearly have the traders union here, people that have been here a while but were expecting it to happen overnight.

Then we seem to have others who’s emotions take over and they change tact from optimistic and patient to then impatient.

Let’s not talk about the others who clearly want to keep prd down for other reasons.

Every single missed timeline, hold up or change of plan has been clearly articulated by the company.

Those that are constantly going on and on clearly don’t believe what the board have said or they just do not get it.

Don’t believe the board then you really shouldn’t be invested, I wouldn’t be.

If you don’t get it then get out or take note of the truly generous and knowledgeable posters on here.

Summing up, turn it in for goodness sake it is getting really tedious!

With regards to my opinion of grh, his expertise and generosity of sharing his knowledge my gratitude could not be higher.

He has predicted in advance the fortune of many companies and kindly publicly shared these opinions.

I decided to listen to an expert and ended with a decent 5 figure profit as apposed to sitting on a 5 figure loss.

While I do not invest based upon anyone else in that instance he knew better than I and lots of others.

I strongly suspect that the likes of Grh, Keith, others that I will not bring into this and more importantly Paul and Lonny who have a wealth of experience will no doubt know a lot more than 99% on here.

I like to listen to them, talk to them, support them and be invested alongside them.

People often forget that Paul and Lonny have put their money where their mouths are and have done an incredible job so far.

Whatever they deliver people will moan, just the way most are these days.

Nobody is saying that 3d won’t be needed or indeed done at some stage.

Do we need it to make money/sell equity or generate cash flow?

It doesn’t surprise me at all that Chariot shareholders are trying to realign themselves and invest in prd.

I do not know you at all and wish you all the best.

So in this particular instance people are clutching at 3d etc etc and it’ll take time etc etc and missed time frames etc etc.

Paul has addressed all of this as have other shareholders.

Time to monetising assets is chalk and cheese.

What happens we do not know and there are risks of course.

Every single negative that has been regularly posted on here in my mind I have a reason or explanation for it. Not only answers from the company and answers from other knowledgeable shareholders but also the process that I understand we have to take.

For others that don’t perhaps see the full picture as some of us that have been year for a few years it is important for them to understand the agendas that are constantly pushed.

I suspect the trolls will be quiet again soon as the share price rises.

I will leave it to the experts who are doing a very good job of highlighting the agendas.

You don’t need to be an expert in a particular area to be successful.

You need to listen to the experts and with life skills make your own informed decisions.

If you listen to the interviews that Paul has done, look at the information out in front of and make some simple equations you can see through the noise and nonsense.

We have to prove it to the market etc and that will come imo.

Trying to bamboozle people with mild technical talk clearly works on some.

It is very much appreciated although you always have people in society that are out for themselves, hate the success of others and self project their pitfalls on others to make themselves feel better.

Thank you for your response.

I get those points of course but Paul has mentioned that potentially we could have too much gas to know what to do with.

So I guess the point is should predator and predator shareholders be weary of chariot and chariot shareholders in this race that we’re seemingly in as surely predators onshore licence is far more attractive short and long term.

I am no expert of course but wells offshore let’s say in the ten’s of millions. Infrastructure offshore for these potential wells are in the hundreds of millions. Versus onshore wells of a few million and infrastructure probably in the tens of millions.

If predator can prove up then surely the maths speak for themselves.

If you have a plentiful supply for a decade or two why would you invest or indeed be able to compete price wise with predator?

It is just how I see it when reading between the lines.

Should of said “would impact” not would not 🤦‍♂️

Would you not agree though that if predator is first to gas sales that it would not impact Chariot.

Also if predator had enough gas onshore with low cost drilling etc etc that it would not impact the offshore, high drilling costs, large investment needed and several years away from gas that chariot has?

All that can be said is bloody well done!

One would assume or certainly be cautious towards to char and it’s shareholders wanting us to come up with nothing wouldn’t they?

I think it is a fair assumption that char will not be producing much gas for several years yet.

Prd being first to the market, onshore and potentially enough gas for the foreseeable wouldn’t be good for other operators.

Purely my own assumptions but I don’t think they’re particularly far fetched tbh.

We will see what we see.

The boss summed it all up right at the start.

Invest or don’t invest.

If you do then great and if not then bugger off.

Mud slinging at them is quite frankly an act of cowardice.
