PGVL has begun the process of re-scheduling and re-mobilising its rigless well testing team as a matter of urgency. It is currently forecast that rigless testing operations will begin as early as possible in January 2024.

I have never been more confident in this company, what it can achieve and the people involved.

We aren’t a one hit wonder trying to find something we can take to a table begging for massive infrastructure funding.

We have cash generating assets with a tiny market cap, no debt and decent people at the helm who are financially invested themselves.

It will not take long to generate cash and at some point the market and big investors will take note, some already have.

What a great 2023, three wells all giving a lot of information and promise.

Sorting out ceg and getting the asset was unbelievable imo. That could have dragged on and cost us a lot of money.

Yes we raised money but still with no debt and the shares in issue being a fairly small number for an exploration outfit is remarkable.

If you read and understand the journey you will realise that we have been told in a round about way all we need to know and the reasons for potentially bad comms or hold up.

Personally I am fully behind the company and I can say for certain that Paul and Lonny are decent blokes.

They will have their day and I plan on being part of it.

Good luck to the team and genuine investors as testing will happen in January!

I was personally told that the interview was highly misinterpreted by very many!

That is a fact so you can dismiss that number. You can argue all you like but it is a recording and as I say I was told it was massively misinterpreted.

We have been over this previously so no need to apologise, most of us got it wrong at the time.

Getting rid of fossil fuels and net zero is about as believable as Nigels citizens arrests!

i think what is more baffling is the fact that some are spending time and effort posting every single bloody day when they have no faith, **** the company and management off.

i wonder if you will reimburse investors if this does what it says on the tin and they lose out because they listened to you.

I always thought that gas, oil and coal were essential to sustain the way we all live.

Oh well, Father Christmas is coming soon he’ll bring some energy for us all.

Since that post we have drilled mou2 and found a great seal and also gained enough information to make it extremely likely that mou1 extends even further than mou2.

Drilled mou3 with over pressured gas and again proved that mou1 even extends that far.

Drilled mou4 which must of been on credit to an extent which you have to ask yourself why would a drilling company do that.

We then had an oversubscribed raise for ten million which paid off that programme leaving us with enough to test and get cng up and running if that is the plan, no mean feat.

We then have a big company entering into a potential partnership/contract with us and they have strong ties to the country.

Now think about the fact that Paul and Lonny have a lot of respect in Morocco and more than likely was always the plan for Morocco and Onhym to keep this licence close to home.

Could this be a master plan that was hatched an extremely long time ago?

It all adds to me tbh and these are my own assumptions and my opinion on the current situation.

Not once have I ever deviated from 100% faith and confidence in Prd and the other truly remarkable human beings that clearly have morals, principles and expertise.

Quite remarkable and once in a lifetime circumstances that have and continue to unfold in plain sight.

As conversations went on Paul mentioned to me that a previous company owned the licence, they didn't believe in the licence but he still did. When the licence became available he snapped it up, no mean feat.

Later chatting with Lonny he gave us his background and what he had been doing throughout his career, probably not paralleled by most, my words not his. The opportunity arose to work with Paul and explore Guercif, not one to be missed.

I thought I'd then ask Lonny if he reads the lse board and has heard of Grh. Response, "yes I have and if you ever get the chance to chat to him I suggest you do, he's a genius". " I don't know how but he knows more about our licence than we do". I said "I have read his history and success and it is absolutely unheard of”

I know that will upset a lot of people but sorry it's factual information, real life conversations and experiences. The amount of work Grh has already done and will carry on doing is unparalleled so although he may not like the accolade, sorry you have from me, certainly Lonny and I'm sure many others.

Knowing the characters, success and bloody hard work of Paul, Lonny and Grh, mixed in with some seriously clever people such as Keith and Methodology, it leads me to one conclusion and one conclusion alone.

I'm a boy originally from a council house owning a decent holding in an oil and gas exploration company that is led by a good and honorable team. Not to mention a man who has a serious holding in as well that has had unrivalled success in this industry that not many come out on top of. Alongside some seriously clever people who know their stuff and also believe strongly in the process. I'm not asking myself should I remain invested or even continue to buy, I'm telling myself you would be a bloody idiot if you didn't.

A while ago I made the thread where I am.

I thought it may be the time that I post it again and add a little on the end as a lot has changed since then.

Apologies it may be long and take 5 mins to post it all.

I just thought I would spend some time to assess where I am with my stake in Prd and share the process, information and findings I have to date. I apologise that this will be several messages and perhaps boring to most I'm sure. Cramming 18 months into a post isn't going to be easy so bear with me and give me some time to post it all.

At no point have I ever discussed or been told anything that was not already in the public domain through the avenues of company Rns' or statements.

I decided three years ago that it was the right time to invest in oil and gas exploration companies. I started this process with a good friend of mine and we have had some ups and downs but on the whole we have done ok and learnt an awful lot.

Prd was mentioned to me around October 2021 and by two chaps that will remain anonymous, they know who they are and my gratitude for this remains long standing..

A chap called Rob, Grh, Mr Graham Harrison was mentioned to me as the man I should follow and look into, so I did.

To my surprise the man himself offered to have a chat with me and give me his opinion on what Prd has achieved so far, various ideas of where this could go, what has happened so far and various other things.

After a very long chat which seemed like only five minutes and after having to remind myself that I wasn't to talking to Sheldon off the big bang theory, I asked why would you give your time to someone you do not know and share the wealth of experience you have worked so hard for and give it away for free? The answer, "why wouldn't I". Straight away the characteristics of the man rang home!

I came off the phone and the real work began. Looking into successful past predictions of drills around the world that were predicted in advance and in the public domain astounded me. I started reading the lse board and could not believe the reception that some posters were giving and still do believe to this day.

After several more chats and few exchanged messages the picture became a lot clearer and the work continued.

Having now built up a reasonable holding and the opportunity to meet Paul and Lonny at the September presentation was an absolute must.

Paul absolutely blew the room away and his character became very clear. Not only was this clear to see it completely correlated with Grh's character assessment of Paul that he previously conveyed to me.

After the presentation Paul and Lonny continued to hold the room and give all their time to the investors that remained behind to chat to them. I had to even go and grab Lonny a beer because the man was so honorable he wouldn't give the impression that getting the last beer on the table was more important to him than the conversation, although I'm sure he was abso

Predicting success and failure in advance in this industry is no mean feat!

Someone called Rob predicted what would happen with sound in advance.

Along with many others I may add.

I wonder if anyone else has those credentials and could prove it?

Doubt it!

I wonder what will happen with prd if that same person is rather keen on it?

Sometimes it is easier to be a sheep if you trust the shepherd.

Lot harder to try and be the shepherd when you don’t have the knowledge or the skill.

As the biggest shareholder and Lonny putting his own money in as well you think it is deliberate or incompetence.

If it is either then my point is pack up your stuff and move on.

I do hope that one day I can hear all of the details along this journey face to face with the guys.

Do I wish delays hadn’t happened along the way, absolutely.

Do I think the company would have done anything differently, probably.

Are there any two people that have more experience in Morocco etc, probably not.

It is not blind trust that you all believe some of us have.

We pay our money and make our choices.

if you’re so clever why are you spending your time here rambling on about how bad this company is, how bad the management are and how stupid lth’s are.

if people are so clever why don’t you take your profits (surely you must have some or made some) and leave genuine people who believe in their investment alone and clear off.

you won’t of course because you’re making here trading in and out and pushing the agendas when it suits you.

mem, every time the share price gains momentum you’re all for it etc etc. when it starts to drop you **** it off to the hill. any chance you have sold again and now want to get back in lower.

no the recent chain of events perhaps haven’t gone exactly to plan, it happens. yes things can always be improved and retrospectively things could have been done differently. we do not know all the goings on and how could we.

you either have trust in the company or you don’t. if you do then you’re happy. if you don’t then you shouldn’t invest unless you trading it of course.

you have said many times you believe in a multi tcf discovery so what are you bothered about. surely it is just a matter of time or do you now believe they won’t have a big discovery on their hands.

i think most have agendas here and it is not all about trading strategies, it is much bigger than that.

paul knows who people are as do some of us.

people couldn’t make it any clearer in my eyes.

i continue to have a decent holding and have and will add accordingly if possible. circumstances can all always change as we all know.

Also, Onhym and Morocco would have a preferred choice of the companies they would want to take them forward imo.

If they didn’t want it to happen I doubt it would.
