Well Bloody said McGurk! Absolutely spot on
They will be the Innova tests...My Wife who works in the NHS has a box full as do every other Medical worker. I love how the FT described these tests (£1Bn we have spent on them) as from a US Company....Well yes but they were developed and Manufactured in Chi-nah....All roads lead back to Chi-nah....as Donald Trump said...."What are we all doing in lockdown?? We are baying Take-out! Who Invented Take-Out?? Chi-nah.....Very clever people the Chineses"
If not posted already here is a link to the government contract with the consultants...see page 5 ....in relation to LFDs "Pre-scale up production testing completed 31st Jan" listed as a key milestone for the contract with weekly reports goin to Alex Cooper

See the Call-off order form at the bottom (page 5 of that)
Seems Mr Molloy is has a mutual connection on Linked In with me....Yorkshire Man, likes Tea, recently moved house
ES23 blessed be the cheese/market makers??
Has Surescreen been subject to a NDA?
I just don't understand AIM in the slightest....! Is it all about the Opening Auction that they suddenly decide to slice yesterdays growth off the SP??
He is not just a fan he is a shareholder is he not??
Agree Doze...Interesting as this potential breach of NDA is (and let’s remember any NDA would be predominantly fixed to Avacta with a clause on 3rd parties) it’s hardly a credible enough breach “some bloke updated his LinkedIn profile with Avacta” and could easily be defended...therefore does not warrant a RNS from avacta...
I don’t understand why partnership with ODX would get us excited? We already have manufacturing partners? Can someone explain please?
Do you have to follow the Christian faith to visit the lse board?
Surely Avacta have some sort of licensing agreement with J and J if the drug is owned by them??

There you go BenBenBenBen
Strange that the majority of the one's on the list name the manufacturing company...and the ones that have eg. Department of Health NI has a specific name
This is Mega, and I am sure I will be corrected if I am wrong but....isn't this the first time Avacta have link to Government contracts eg...via BBI? Other than the mention of Affirmers in the tender previously...Also the fact that Annex B refers to a non-disclosure agreement...When there have been many doubters on this board that NDAs were not likely to exist..."I can't say anymore than that" from Ali in the last presentation...
RNS can be announced at any time and the company is obliged to do so if the news is price-sensitive. They generally will release it in advance of market opening to allow the market's to comprehend the news before trading. However they may release an intraday RNS and often this might be timed for release in advance of (say) US markets opening...
