The $100m fig is from a JM interview on 11/3 - mcap was a bit over $100m then I believe. It's moving north fast certainly. NAV has been discussed at length on this chatboard.
If ANIC have put new money into Meatable today, they may now be out of cash to invest presumably. If the RNSs have told the whole story, I reckon they had just over half a million £ to invest, before today.

If we're going to be half a billion $ by Christmas, expect a lot of news...

It's very exciting. The sector's gaining traction generally, and there's some product launches and IPOs likely this year, but on top of all that, something else big's brewing presumably. If ANIC's $100m in size now, and bearing in mind that figure hasn't really changed for 6 months, how does Jim get to half a billion $ within the next 9 months?!

Perfectly possible for the equity element of any funding to be around current SP imo.
In the FFF interview this week Jim reiterates the ambition of a $400m (ie 400%) rise in value (from the current $100m to $500m) in the next 9 months. Massive increase, short timeframe. He talks of some NAV accretion, but more significantly imo refers to big money waiting on the sidelines. ANIC won't get anywhere near $500m just by NAV increase, even with a pumped up IPO or two. So perhaps we'll see a big sophisticated funding package involving new IIs like ethical funds by the summer or autumn? Just guessing, trying to join the dots.

Yes, there's far too much dodgy politics, and cosying up to Russia. That Armin Laschet is far too keen on Nordstream 2 for example. He even started talking about doing it as an apology for operation Barbarossa. FFS. And I don't doubt someone may try and claim making hydrogen by burning Russian gas is green, even though it isn't green of course.
Looks like this Spanish coalition will run full term sadly.
I also hope some of the Attenborough and other influential environmentalist types stop just saying "we need to change" because politicians will just **** it all up and make continued hydrocarbon use inevitable. They need to say HOW we should change, throw their weight behind an actual solution, some science.

Good question. I hold TOT in my ISA too. Someone on advfn holds TOT in a SIPP and thinks it'll be ok.

I don't know, but if Dole plc is eligible to be held in an ISA (Q1 - will Dole plc be so eligible?), I'd hope my new Dole plc shares would be credited to my ISA account without falling out the ISA wrapper. This is because the RNS says TOT will "cease to be listed" on LSE "upon completion of the listing of Dole plc", which I read to mean the combination completes and Dole plc lists (and I get my Dole plc shares) before TOT's de-listing. TOT's de-listing would render holding TOT in an ISA ineligible, but TOT shares wouldn't exist at that point any longer, so it's not a problem. (Q2 - is that right?!). Might be one to ask the ISA provider, HL in my case.

The next funding round (which will be shortly imo) should indicate how IIs value this. A good one for ethical funds perhaps.

I also got 98% of my total max application (like Bobross) on HL, credited about 9 am this morning, and received the vouchers on Thursday.

Still some mileage in this share imo but it’ll be a Pyrrhic victory even if it comes good.

The ponencia vote was disappointing (the PP support felt a bit et tu Brute but knowing Spanish politics there’ll be an angle). At least the amendment won’t seek to outlaw Salamanca itself. More delay and derailment attempts from the coalition to come I suspect though.

Hopefully in the meantime, Spanish politicians are continuing to acquaint themselves with the facts and arguments for nuclear power and uranium mining. Those with concerns should look at last week’s authoritative UNscear report on the 10th anniversary of Fukushima, which concluded that the effect of radiation leaks there will be indiscernible in terms of public health. Compare that with 7m+ deaths worldwide per annum from hydrocarbon fumes (WHO figs). That’s 70m+ in the 10 years – more than the entire population of the UK (or indeed Spain) dead…

In Germany the Greens are making further gains, with likely more coming. How long though before the electorate realises their destructive counterproductive policies mean impoverishment (which rightly very few will accept) or increased hydrocarbon use, basically more coal and Russian gas through Nordstream 2? It’s either/or. Germany’s increased coal use alone has translated into 1000+ extra deaths from air pollution pa. It’s hydrocarbon usage that’s the problem that CC policy should curtail. At best renewables can only be an intermittent part of the solution. It’s tragic that Merkel did a 180 and froze nuclear under pressure from the Greens post Fukushima. That was pure vote-protecting rotten politics from an otherwise principled scientific and previously very pro-nuclear leader. I hope Spain don’t make the same mistakes and continue wiping out their own population.

I think migration is only a legal and regulatory requirement following Brexit, proceeding in the background, but with ORM's business and any dealmaking unaffected. See TOT for example.

The RNS wording suggests only CNE can enforce the award (because of champerty perhaps), and the financing and risk sharing options only kick in once CNE has seized GOI cash. Eg CNE could sell its interest in that seized cash at that point. There's perhaps a risk a successful appeal by GOI collapses both the award and the foreign court orders, triggering a requirement to pay seized cash back, which risk attaches to the buyer rather than CNE. It's presumably a limited specialist (and expensive) market place for that kind of buyer/funding product.
